Ah I'm grand with being a size 12, there just was no size 12s left so ended up just buying boots and pair of shoes and a top lol... Still a good haul for 52 quid ;) xx

Hey Sarah, merry Christmas darling. Thanks for your messages on my thread. I'm good, I felt better straight after my op it's brilliant. Ive had a bit of time off of WW but back on it the day after boxing day.
Really hope your having a fab Christmas. Ralph bought me an ipad2, I do actually love it:)

Oh dear oh dear oh dear. I've eaten far too much methinks. I actually did ok on xmas and st.stephens day... Didn't over eat or stuff myself with sweets. Then yesterday I went mad and ate loads. All in all I had some roast beef w. baked potato & veg. Some banana & ice cream. Some curry with chips/rice. A flake bar. 2 shortbread biccies. Tayto crisps.
Went mental and actually feel sick this morning. I'm sick anyway... Have this darned cold or something that I can't shake. Runny nose, coughing and sneezing non stop, headache and sore throat/ears. Someone cure me please!!!

Had low fat turkey green thai curry with basmati rice for dinner. And had trifle for afters. That's all I've eaten all day cuz I spent the day in bed sick. So not too worried points wise. Prob won't eat anything else today lol. Its tea tea tea tea and more tea. X

The turkey curry was fab actually hehe, how was yours? I feel a bit better today but not 100%... Sick of frickin coughing!!

Aye I know. I over indulged in the choccies lol. But I definitely ate less than last christmas... I'm fuller quicker I think.

Babe, ive got wi in a couple of hours and I'm gonna be up by 5 or 6lbs easily. So don't you worry about your little gain. I have been like a thing possessed this past week. Ive not even eaten any real food, just loads of xmas nibbles. Ooops.

I'm totally new to this site and to WW (well, that's a lie, I often check the posts on here for PP's & I've attempted WW for like a day or two at a time, this time I'm going to do it!!)

I'm not sure how to make my way around this site at all :/

Anyone have any SIMPLE & easy WW recipes? I can't cook for the life of me!!
Today I've had;

Breakfast;
Activia low fat strawberry yoghurt - 2PP

Lunch;
Chicken sandwich with mayo - 10PP (I'm assuming as I went out for lunch!)

Dinner;
I'm going to have Uncle Ben's express long grain rice with some sweet and sour sauce which I've pointed at 8PP for the portion. I would put chicken in it but when I say I can't cook...I really mean it.

Snacks;
3 squares of aero caramel - 3PP
1 Chuppa Chups lolly - 1PP
1 bottle of Diet coke - 0PP.

Might have some cherry tomato's with a sprinkle of salt, some carrot sticks and tea later if I'm peckish.

I bet you aren't up that much honey! My official WI isn't until saturday so god only knows what the gain will be then lol. I've been so bold too... Oopsie! X

StayGold... There's a recipe section in the weight watchers section of the site if you want to look for some recipes. I'm a simple cook too hon. I cook chicken mostly... Fried up in frylight spray with some noodles or rice etc. Very simple and low pp!

Yeah, I've checked their recipe's out and they're all so difficult haha. I really can't cook! My boyfriends a chef. Pity we don't live together or he'd be making everything.

Yeah, I think I'll just stick to rice/pasta & a sauce. I can't even cook Chicken right.
 
Just cut a breast of chicken in small chunks and fry them in a pan hon... Only takes a few mins and its easy peasy! :) x
