Nah I'm still ahead of you. My ticker is my actual bmi, I'm only nearly 5ft 6 so I put 5ft 5.5 in that. Still hafta catch up to you :) xx

Ahh i seeee ! but still not far off me ... and you got a whole 5'' of height more than me .... hehe xxxx

Carly thanks, I impressed myself a bit - I was so stubborn with myself and refused to give up until I'd done the 5k LOL!! x

I know Laura, only 2 weeks now. Even though it took me 35 mins, at least I know it IS possible for me to do?! So that's good. Maybe I can get that down to 30 mins before the big day...

Thanks very much Carly. My legs were knackered afterwards though, the last mile was much harder than the first 2 so I ran it a lot slower.

Todays diary so far:
Milk - 2pp

Brekkie:
Grapes - 0pp
Pancake N Jam - 4pp

Lunch:
Plain Scone - 10pp?
Jam - 1pp
Low low spread - 1pp

Dinner:
(Might be having a slice of steak pie - pastry on top but not sides or bottom - do we think 10-12pp???)
Potatoes - 3pp

Snacks (I hope):
Grapes
Banana
Pink apple (dont seem to have an allergic reaction to these!!!)


What do we think? I'm doing 33pp a day for this week to maintain the weight I'm at while I'm training for 5k run in 2 weeks. Plan to do Week 8 Day 1 - 28 minute run, 5min warm up and 5min cool down tonight. Hopefully weather stays mild :)
