Must be. Think I caught it off my mum who caught it off my niece.
My Dad is ok, yesterday was a scary day but he seems much better than he was. They had no bed for him though... He had to stay on a trolley all night I'm hoping he can come home today sometime. X

Yes he's back home since last night. He seems to be doing quite well and all his tests have come back negative so fingers crossed nothing like that ever happens again I'll be keeping a close eye on his diet from now on too!

I'm ok hon, better today than yesterday. Even managed to keep down some food last night, yay!! Stomach is still hurting. Very lame. Just at the doctors... Will update ya about the work situation

I've just been told I have to go back to work on Monday. That was a bit of a blow and I'm pretty much freaking out. This has really been one of the worst weeks ever. I'm just sitting here bawling now.

Your stronger than you think I bet! The routine might help you a little and just make sure you keep communicating with your boss

Who told you, you had to go back ? What are least looking forward to is it just the stress from working, or is it seeing your ex? Maybe If you try to pinpoint in your head what's making you scared and upset about going back you can work on that...I know it's hard to be positive I have my first therapist/cbt appointment in just over an hour scared xxx
