On a more positive note, by some miracle I lost 2lb? So that's last weeks gain gone and an extra half pound with it. Now 10st 11.5lb? I'm in disbelief lol. Must have been my "being good" the last couple days (plus all the running).

Yeah I've been to the doctor, she thinks it's tendon trouble or shin splints and gave me anti inflammatories and a gel. But it just won't go away. Really I need physio on it but can't afford it xx resting up tonight anyway - Curry night yay!
