My calves are killing me today... I wasn't out running yesterday so monday and wednesday must be catching up to me. Very painful! :( Sad times. I'll not be running today that's for sure.

On a more positive note, by some miracle I lost 2lb? So that's last weeks gain gone and an extra half pound with it. Now 10st 11.5lb? I'm in disbelief lol. Must have been my "being good" the last couple days (plus all the running).

Thanks hon :) Aye through the mill but hopefully I'll turn out a better person at the end eh? I like running but my legs don't seem to want to keep up with my head. Feckin pain!

Wowwwwww you raised looads on yer run. I did that one last yr .... it was ok but like you I hated the crowds .... But, they started everyone in sections so you didn't get tangled in the walkers .. as if they didn't do that for your 40,000 contestants .... silly silly xxx

I know. There's a LOT of people complaining. Lot of talk about staggering the start times nect year. That's the only way I'd enter it again. I keep getting pains in my lower legs in the middle inside of the leg... I'm constantly crippled with this - got any idea what I could be doing wrong hon? I'm stretching, warming up, cooling down - more stretches... But still getting the pains :(

Yeah I've been to the doctor, she thinks it's tendon trouble or shin splints and gave me anti inflammatories and a gel. But it just won't go away. Really I need physio on it but can't afford it :( xx resting up tonight anyway - Curry night yay!

Ok so I think between today and yesterdays eating I've used all my weeklies lol. Was a nice treat but gotta be 100% till next week now. Got plenty of fruit in to snack on ;)

Leg is _still_ at me and it's getting me down cuz I can't run with it. Hoping it's better tomorrow!
