B_44s food diary

Thanks everyone. Planning a 100 % week so hoping I get a nice loss :) x

I'm having a super hungry day today! I had lunch quite early and am just cooking up a quorn bologneise (instead of chilli) and am going to have it soon I think because my tummy is rumbling like mad lol. I'm going to make some smash scones as well to combat any naughty food urges
 
I had a change of plan today lol, will edit diary.

I made a bologneise and it was really nice, I added lots of mushroom pepper and onion (I only really eat peppers if they're mixed in with things) and just did a really simple recipe and it was much nicer than if I had added loads of bits and bobs.

I also had chocolate all bran (healthy b) with Greek yoghurt and an iced latte using healthy a milk with squirty cream for 1 syns. Yum, and I still have syns and ahead thy b for later

Thanks. I used 250ml semi skimmed milk and added a heaped tea spoon of Douwe egberts vanilla coffee and half a tea spoon of sugar (sweetener would be fine tho) and stirred really well, you have to stir it for ages lol. I then add a few ice cubes and add a syns worth of squirty cream on top. If I had it warm I'd just do the same but microwave for 2 and a half mins stirring half way through :) x
 
How us it not Friday yet lol? Green day today

Breakfast: leftover quorn bologneise with a bit of spaghetti ... Felt so weird having this first thing but was nice. And a latte (healthy a)

Lunch: ryvita minis and Special K chewy bar (2 healthy b's), carrot sticks, yoghurt, apple

Dinner: mushy pea curry with sw chips and 30g cheddar (healthy a)

Extras: galaxy! 12 and a half syns

Don't think I could have spag bol for breakfast, although I don't tend to be hungry in the morn / eat breakfast (unless I've had a heavy night out, & then it's a different story!)

I made it before and it wasnt very nice at all lol bit I've tried it again but adding more spice to it and a stock pot. Having it later so will let you know how it turns out :) hope it's nice coz I made three batches lol x
 
Verdict... It was ok, nicer than last time but after ive eaten the other two portions I won't make it again. It's nothing special and that was after I'd added the quorn, mushrooms, extra spice etc x
 
Oops forgot a pic. I had rice and chips with it. I feel a bit bad because I'm absolutely stuffed now and I reckon there was enough there to feed two even three people... Oh well! Lol

Green day today

Breakfast: small tin baked beans and two smash scones, latte (healthy a)

Lunch: noodle mug shot, Special K chewy delight bar (healthy b)

I will have to have something to eat when I get home, didn't have much time for lunch so am v hungry!

Dinner: quorn chilli and rice

Extas: 2 healthy extras to fit in so will see what I fancy, galaxy counters (9 syns)
 
Dinner. I went to my parents for dinner, I thought Iwas having big portions but Omg at theirs lol. I was quite proud of myself, I listened to my body and actually stopped when I was full!

I think I need to go to your folks for tea! That looks gorgeous again.
How do you make your smash scones? Are they nice? I love smash.
