Why cant every monday be a bank holiday lol. No class on today so will try and get to one tomorrow evening

Green day today

Brunch: 2 poached eggs and baked beans

Snack: skinny vanilla latte (healthy a + 3 syns)

Early dinner: chicken n mushroom pasta n sauce (1 syn) with added broccoli and 30g cheese (healthy a)

Extras: all bran chocolate crunch (healthy b) with natural yoghurt and Special K chewy delight bar (healthy b) plus galaxy counters (9 syns)... Gosh I've got a feast this evening lol

Syns: 13

I lost 1 and a half lbs :)

I am pleased but I was hoping for more after staying the same last week but oh well, a loss is a loss isn't it! 1lbs to get my stone which I will do next week x

There's a naughty habit I'm going to conquer next week And I've never admitted to it before... A post weigh in 'treat'! I've been doing it most weeks but I've realised that I don't really enjoy it, and I think it's because it's not even a treat - its a proper binge, and not an enjoyable one, just done for the sake if it. And I've realised that there no black hole, they're not magic calories that disappear lol. No treat next week, just my syns :) and I think it will help me not to see good as a teat either, maybe ill reward myself in another way... Well, I did some shoes I liked in new look the other day lol x

I do exactly the same thing and don't enjoy it either.
Had my nails done as a treat this week - much nicer. And a constant reminder everytime I look at my hands :) x
 
Ohh thats a good idea too, and as you say it's a constant reminder :) I feel I've done really well to get out of my binging its just on a weigh in night I was pretending it didn't count but I realise that it does. I know that ill enjoy new nails, shoes etc a lot lot more xx

Day off work today and only just up and dressed, I'm so lazy lol. I do a part time college course that I'm aiming to finish tomorrow, so planning to take my stuff to costa and just get on with it their., perhaps finish it... I hope lol. Red day today

I never used to eat mushrooms but I absolutely love chopping them (?!) so I've started eating them a bit more recently, usually mixed in with things tho, could never eat just a mushroom risotto or something x

I'm like that about veg, I love the idea of preparing it and making a healthy meal, I just don't like the taste!!
It's a really good idea having your nails done - I've never had a proper manicure and really fancy one now. It would be a constant reminder.
