I lost 3lbs! I'm so pleased seeing as though I thought it was going to be a sts/small gain (even tho I've been on plan) x

Invited for dinner at parents today (I could get used to this!) so an extra easy day

Lunch: wholemeal roll (healthy b) with laughing cow (1 syn) and lettuce, carrot sticks and French fry crisps (5 syns)

Dinner: chicken tagliatelle and pasta and sauce lol (milk was used so part healthy a)

Extras: half a latte (spilt some so half healthy a), galaxy bubbles (9)

Syns: 15

I have no idea why but today I felt really anxious about eating lunch at work in front of other people. I like the people I work with so it's not that, it's just I felt really embarrassed to eat? Not sure what that was all about! Particularly as I felt really hungry too.

So I had to have dinner really early lol. The recipe was a bbc good food one that I adapted to be sw friendly... It was ok (not spicy enough tho) but i imagine if I had not have adapted it it would have been yummy.

Dinner: egg curry and cubed potatoes

Extras: both my healthy extras! I reckon ill have cheese and ryvitas, yum. Galaxy for syns

I don't like eating in front of people unless I know them very well.
Your curry looks lovely, I've not heard of egg curry before.
 
It was very odd. I used to be like it when I was younger so hopefully it won't happen again. Very strange! X

Omg I've been so naughty today it's embarassing lol. I had a day off work and had planned to go to costa with a friend for a panini but I had also planned to have the rest of the day on plan... Didn't happen lol. Sunday is my brothers birthday and there's going to be lots of crisps, cake etch. Tuesday it's my mums birthday involving going out for an Indian... Oh dear! I'm ok about it all tho, life's for living and I know I can get back on plan this time round.

Today I've had:
Costa tuna and cheese panini - 26 syns
Tyrells cheddar crisps - 8 syns
500ml Pepsi - 11 syns
Greggs caramel doughnut - 18 syns
Starbucks vanilla latte - 9 syns
Lindor snow flake - 6 syns
Small Bowl of plain pasta with cheese - 5 syns for cheese?
Dime bar - 7.5 syns
3 bread sticks - 8 syns?
Small Cadbury caramel bar - 8 and a half syns

Syns: 110 and a half!!!!!

Wow that's a lot of crap food! Embarassing lol x
 
Well done for being brave enough to post what you've eaten. As you said, life is for living as well, as long as you get straight back to plan afterwards x
 
Thanks everyone. I must admit it did feel good to write it down, even if it was rather shocking lol (altho back in the old days that would have been a good day lol).

Saturday was a good green day and I was really pleased with myself. Yesterday however was not good, lots of yummy cookies, cakes, cheese and biscuits... And I mean lots! Lol.

I'm feeling pretty positive today although I must say I will probably be a bit over syns as I am not quite back in the zone just yet! I think it's because I know tomorrow is going to be naughty what with Indian food and cake etc but I know that as of Wednesday ill be back on it! Yay

Will do diary in a bit :) x
 
Today's a kind of green day lol. As I said its not a great day and I'm not entirely back on plan

Breakfast: Special K bar

Lunch: wetherspoons five bean chilli with tortilla chips (5 syns, don't even like tortilla chips so why did I eat them?!)

Dinner: mrstore smash potato cakes, baked beans and an egg

Snacks:
3 baking boys mini muffins - 9 syns
Mini ripple - 5 syns
500ml Pepsi - 11 syns
Thorntons small caramel shortbread - 10?

Syns: 40+!

Success express from Wednesday onwards I feel lol x

Morning
I don't know what is going on at the moment, but everyone seems to be the same. I blew it at the weekend which I'm not too bothered about, because it's nice to have 'time out' occasionally, but I really struggling to get back on track at the mo.
Just looking at your beans and egg has made my mouth water - roll on lunchtime!
 
It is funny at the moment isn't it how a lot of us on here are struggling. I think it's important to remember that whilst we do have blips and find it hard to get back on track, we do eventually get back on track. It may take a few days, weeks, months etc but we eventually get there and that's the main thing. Sometimes I think we are too hard on ourselves. X

I'm pleased to say that Im ready to be back on track today and trying to lose what looks like an approximate 5lbs gain lol. Oh well, onwards and downwards! X

Dinner: chicken cacciatore with brocolli

Extras: Special K chewy delight bar (healthy b), galaxy bubbles (9 syns)

Dinner, chicken cacciatore. Doesn't look overly appetising but was very tasty altho I overcooked the brocolli lol. I'd frozen the cacciatore from a previous time, it's so nice every now and then to not have to cook but still be on plan at the same time
