Lunch: small bit of brown rice with lots of brocolli and spinach, wholemeal roll (healthy b) with king prawns, apple and carrot sticks

Dinner: salmon stir fry (bean sprouts, cabbage, green beans, brocolli)

Extras: galaxy cookie crumble (12), yoghurt

Syns: 12

Yeah, I don't find eating out quite the same if I base my choices around what's the most SW. Prob coz most of my fave foods are very high in fat / carbs &/or alcohol, lol. What type of restaurant are you going to?

X

Eating out is my downfall on sw. I'm having lunch out with my Mum today and I can almost guarantee she'll want to go to a fish and chip restaurant
Well done for forward planning.

Sent from my galaxy note 2

I find eating out on sw extremely difficult too. I dint want to sit their with grilled chicken and salad while everyone else is having burger and chips! I think sometimes we just need to take a breather, enjoy it and then get straight back on it. Wouldn't it be nice if all restaurants just cooked the slimming world so we wouldn't have to worry! X

I'm not sure where we're off to yet. We are going to London to see west side story so we shall prob see what's around their. I like harvester, that's my favourite... Not the boring old jacket potato and chicken tho lol. Im the same, most of my favourites are not the healthy option lol x

Congratulations on you 2lb and your award- brilliant news! And food looks lush as usual... I'm coming round yours for dinner! Always looks so colourful and tasty.

Thankyou :) I always think a slimming world come done with me would be a cool thing to do, we could all rate each other and taste lots of new recipes lol x

Morning hun! How are you? How was your meal and West Side Story? xx

Hello :) it was brilliant thanks, such amazing acting dancing and singing. I'm always a bit envious at people who have singing dancing ability, such a great talent to have.

We went to Ask in the end, I was very naughty lol. I had a Florentina pizza and chips with garlic mayo, as well as a honeycomb cheesecake... All yummy and definitely worth the syns lol. Straight back on it today :) x

I'm glad you enjoyed West Side Story hun...I love musicals, although I have to admit that WSS isn't one of my favourites. The song Somewhere gives me goosebumps though!

I'm loving the sounds of that honeycomb cheesecake...two of my favourite things, yum! :D xx

That's funny actually, I was reading in the programme that a lot of people didn't like west side story and that it nearly didn't make it to broadway/stage coz of it being too dark and dreary.

What's your favourite musical? I think mine is probably west side story, but also ghost - that was brilliant! I want to go see that again

The cheesecake was amazing, so sweet and just delicious. I reckon I could eat a whole one, not just the one tiny slice they have me lol x

I'd probably eat a whole one too...I'd be headfirst in the cheesecake like Dawn French in the chocolate fountain in the Vicar of Dibley! :D:D

I've never seen Ghost, although it's on my list of musicals to see if it comes to Wales in the future. I'm a bit torn as to my favourite musical...it was Les Miserables for a long time, but I'm getting a bit sick of that now after the film, so I think I'd probably say Jekyll and Hyde, I love it! xx

Food diary for yesterday as I forgot to post it:

Extra easy

Lunch: a rice dish with lots of garlic, bit of quorn mince peas and spinach... Was very nice

Dinner: chicken chop suey from Chinese which was not nice at all! The bean sprouts were hard and the flavour tasted like sweat lol. 5 syns

Snacks: costa skinny vanilla latte (healthy a + 3 syns), Special K chewy bar (healthy b) and a daim bar for 7.5 syns

Syns: 15 and a half
