Baby Charlie has arrived so lets get on with shedding the rest of this wobble!!!

:happy096::happy096::clap::clap::superwoman::superwoman::clap::clap::happy096::happy096::happy036::girlpower::talk017::0clapper::0clapper:

Wow!!!!! Congratulations!!!!!! You're doing so fabulously!!!!! That's just over 8 stone in less than a year!!!!!!!!!! Wonder how much it'll be by the time you get to May?????

The least said about my weight the better! :sigh: I had 3 days in London this week. I've got my exam re-take on the 15th and if I fail it I will be thrown off the course. To say I'm stressed would be putting it mildly!!! And I have to go to Birmingham for the retake - we're not even doing it in London!! Aaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!! :argh:

Anyway, I'll address the weight issue after the exam, no matter what happens.

Once again, well done to you Mrs :superwoman: Have another great week.

Take care and lots of love,

Trace xxx

Good afternoon:D Congratulations 8 stone well done:bunnydance::bunnydance::superwoman::happy036:have a lovely day.x

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW. Capricorn, you are AMAZING. You are just such a superstar and an incredible inspiration to people here. I am just sooooooooooooo delighted for you. I know how fantastic you must be feeling (about as good as I do but a bit more so :D)

Well done and have (another) great week.

Gail x

Gooood afternoon you lovely lot :thankyou:

I am feeling rather :banana dancer: today I must confess :giggle:....so much so after brekkie I went into the kitchen and started fettling... who knew that i had worktops in there :rotflmao: .... I have emptied a couple of cupboards n some drawers -packed 2 boxes up ready for moving (jeese I have some stuff ) ... 1 box has been started for the carboot and now I actually have more space for the things I use all the time -like my SC, steamer, remoska.... anything that isn't in use on a regular basis is being boxed up
So -by the time I had done it was 1pm and time to put dinner out.... twas yummy and I was soooo ready :eating:
So that should have burnt some wobble -and I will get more done tomorrow..

Trace.... sounds like you are having a hell of a time of it right now.. have they sorted anything out about those of you that are doing the re-takes? hope so, if not it doesn't sound very fair at all...
You are right not to stess about a few lbs, there are other things that you need to put first -once things calm down you will get back into the swing of it... heck you aren't far off target anyway are you :party0011:
Hope this week is a little calmer for you my sweet.. have a god one and take care... ooh and get that BonJovi blasting-its bound to make things better ;)

thanks Surreygal... hope you are having a good weekend too...
Hiya Gail... thanks honey -I am feeling somewhat :party0048: - still a way to go -but at least Im on the home straight now :cross:... then I just have to stay there :roofles:...

I know what I forgot to say..... my mum is now a SW convert :party0011: -bless her socks, she is 4 weeks in and 5lb down and she loves the fact that its "no effort" -well not compared to WW anyway (which is what we always did) .... baring in mind that she is 71 and very inactive due to extensive osteo and rheumatoid arthritis, a radical mastectomy about 18 months ago etc -I think she is doing bl**dy brilliantly :happy036:

Anyway -enough waffle will get off and get on with some vegging out :happy036:..have a lovely day all and kep up the great work..

Hi again!

Yes, they sorted out some intensive revision in London over 2 days last week - that was partly the reason I was there for 3 days - the other day was a riveting tutorial about tax penalties! It helped me loads and I'm finally starting to feel like I understand this bookkeeping lark!

I've been so stressed with all this and last weekend I felt so sh*t I was close to tears most of the time! Actually I did have a few tears, followed by a lovely hug from my lovely daughter. :) I feel much better now, thanks to the lovely tutor who took the revision classes!

I'm revising at home all this week, so hopefully that'll do the trick!

Bye for now, Trace xxxxx

Trace -its amazing how different people can teach the same thing in such different ways isn't it!!! I remember at school for the 1st year of seniors I LOVED history and chemistry... then I got new teachers for both and god I hated those subjects for the following 2 years and then dropped them as soon as I got chance...

At least they are finally doing something.... it would have been nice not to go through the stress in the 1st place though wouldn't it!!
Here is hoping that the exam goes well, and then you can have some calm time...
Have a good week Mrs..

Good evening all -just popping in to update my meal plan -which - *suprise suprise* changed :D -from success express to an EE day -
  • 250ml semi (A)
  • fresh pineapple
  • melon
  • strawberries
  • orange
  • roast chicken
  • mashed potato/swede (1) -for butter
  • carrots
  • cabbage
  • peas
  • sweetcorn
  • gravy (1)
  • grapefruit
  • ham
  • home made oven chippie chips (1)
  • lettuce
  • cucumber
  • tomato
  • peppers
  • tickled onions
  • activia (2.5)
  • fibre plus (B)
  • 250ml semi (6)
Now I make that 1A+B and 11.5syns -
I changed it round as I really really fancied ham n chippie chips and god was it scrummy -we have some lovely spuddlies that go all sweet when chipped or jacketed..... but we have used the small ones for jackets -the ones left are to big, so chippies they are :eating:

Gosh! Check out all your exercise! Was your fish week 2 x per day? Managed to do this wed - fri but have had completely rubbish weekend! Argh! Going to try from tomorrow until weigh in (Wednesday at 5!) and have some speed soup on he freezer so hopefully that will help too? Feel like such a pillock (ha - no pun) because I know how awful and gutted I will feel do I have a gain or sts come Wednesday!

Good morning all -tis a super bright day here, although bloomin cold if you open the door.

Ela ine -yup I did the fish thing lunch and dinner for the week, as much as I love fish I did find it a bit restrictive, although I might give it another go at some point -especially as I have so much of it in the freezer :p
One day off plan shouldn't have done any damage so pinkies crossed for your weigh in :vibes:
Im thinking my shred will hopefully be here in time for me to start the "shred" on Monday -although you never can tell out here:rolleyes:. Im going to re-take my measurements when I start so I can see what the difference is..

I will post the thai salmon recipe when I have done this..tis soooooo simple and one of my faves...
I have been making the tortillas for ages and won't buy the ready made ones, I haven't made them for a while though and my god I forgot how nice they were
Do you know, pancakes are one of the few things Im not bothered by :faint2: ..even as a kid I was never that keen on them.

well Im having an EE day today that at the moment will look like this:-
  • 250 semi (A)
  • melon

Have a lovely day everyone and keep up the great work everyone!!

here you go Ela ine -(I will post it on your diary to save you copying it over)
Thai steamed salmon
  • 1 onion -finely sliced
  • 1-2 cloves garlic-peeled n sliced
  • 1/2" piece of ginger -cut into thin matchsticks
  • 1tbs Fish sauce
  • 1tsp soft dark brown sugar (1 syn)..
  1. throw everything in a small pan and heat through
  2. place a piece of salmon an a sheet of foil (I use the skinless, boneless ones)
  3. then pile the onion mixture onto the salmon fillet
  4. wrap tightly and bake until cooked through (about 10 mins)

Mmmmh - your Thai salmon is the NICEST thing :)

And, urm, hi, I've been a bit lurky for a while - I had a frustrating couple of weeks at weigh in (1/2 off both weeks, both totally on plan) and felt comfier just reading for a while. Anyway CONGRATULATIONS on getting your 8st shiny - that's fantastic :D.

I've had a great week this week - really blasted the Sfree and the wii fit (it's stopped shouting at me that I've got the balance of a hobbled donkey, so result, I think!), hopefully that'll show up on the scales tonight (I'm definitely getting smaller, I spend all day, every day, hoiking up my jeans and I've stopped damming the bath with my behind!) and I've had the world's sourest SS berries for breakfast (seriously, made my mouth very cross indeed!).

I might syn out some plain flour for pancakes tonight - is it bad for syns? You don't need such a lot for a scotch pancake or too and that'd be nice with a sliced up apple, splenda and lemon juice I think :).

Hi beautiful!
Thanks - I know, I can't believe it either, have really become accustomed to my wettabix *eyeroll*
Day off today and only had a banana as of yet so debating whether to go for syn free pancakes (although part of me asks what's the point is- if I want I'll have the real thing after WI tomorrow) or a biggg kinda thing for brunch. Hmm, haven't planned for today (as you can tell) so will do so now!

You are the best wife ever with all your cooking! Haha! I may try the tortillas in another week (when I have ample syns :p) going to give the Thai salmon a try - deffo! What are you up to today? I may go for a swim or I may go for a walk or I may just do both! I will definitely do some cleaning though - bring on the body magic! x
