haha i could only do 10 on treadmill wen i first started!!! built myself up now can walk on a running speed with incline for 20 mins

i dont actually mind the rower, the bike hurts my knees (take after my mother) n i hate the cross trainer gets me in a big sweat for nothin cus hardly burn any calories compared to the treadmill!!!!
my other half is a real gym boy... he goes 5 times a week sometimes 6 hes got huge muscles everywhere ppl accuse him of being on steriods which is a total no no and because i hate the idea!!!!!! he just works hard and it pays off!!
My boy is unhappy with his weight.
He's 10stone (where I can't wait to be) and he wants to be 11stone (where I no longer am and have no plans on returning there).
So he eats quite a lot and does weights at the gym but is struggling to put on (wish I had that problem).
I used to do 5 mins treadmill, 8 mins cross trainer & stepper, 1500m on rower, then a bunch of resistance machines, squats & lunges and mat work (like planks & back extensions).
I had my routine changed a couple of weeks ago (you're supposed to change it to stop your body from getting used to it and not working as hard).
I now do 20 mins on cross trainer, 15 mins on treadmill, doing 2 mins fast walk followed by 1 min run and then back to the walking, followed by 15 mins on stepper, 2 mins striding, 1 min stepping and repeat.
Then a whole bunch of abs work on the mat - crunches, obliques, cycle obliques, planks, reverse curls (hate these too)
And then it's home time.
A bloody hard slog, and dread going most mornings, but totally worth it as I've upped my weight loss from 2 to 2.5lbs both weeks since starting the new routine.
Just hope this is how it's to stay.
And once I've been to the gym, I feel so good about it and know that I don't have to do it later in the day.
