Right feeling better today and feeling 100% motivated :) I need to shift the holiday pounds then make my way to the 12's. I have not been in the 12's for 4 years, I always seem to get to around 13st 1 then fall off the wagon lol. But not this time. I don't think I will meet my Christmas challenge now as not had a great 6 weeks. But I will try my best. I think there's about 16 ish weeks till Christmas, I'm going to aim for a 1lb a week, I know sometimes it will be less or sts or some weeks maybe more but if I could lose about a stone for Christmas I'd be well happy. Bring it on xx
 
Just re-evaluated my statistics and goals. Because of my holiday gain and general naughtiness throughout the hols my Christmas challenge is now back down to 1/21lbs which is really disapointing when I look at it :( Funnily enough my goal is another 20lbs and that is what I need to lose to meet my Christmas challenge. But anyhoo I will do my best. Just hope I can lose 4lbs ish this week to give me that boost. Anyhoo food for today..

Hi Angel, I can see that you are doing discovery, I'm doing PP's I have been given some old discovery cookery books and wondered if there is some sort of method you know of to convert into PP value?

Hey hun :) Hope you're doing ok? Oo lovely, I'm not too sure but generally I find that something which is 2.5 points on discover is 4 on pro points. Though it does vary. Discover is based on the amount of calories and the saturate fat. Does the recipe book contain calories and sat fat for the recipes? If you divide the amount of calories by 70 and the sat fat by 40 .. then add them both together you get the discover point value. Bit of a random calculation lol, but it does work. There may be a easier way to do it online somewhere perhaps xxxxx

Hey Dinx :D Hows you doing? I'm great thanks. Ooo I bet it;s been mayhem, glad everything is looking fab for ya, bet you've worked your socks off! The rest of the school is back today but our reception children start back next Monday.. we are doing home visits this week, which is slightly chaotic but fun :) Hope you're having a good day back on plan. Ahh thank you, I nearly caved when someone brought cupcakes to school but I only had a small one hehe. Have a good week xxx

Is it Friday yet? Haha I'm pooped, and the kids haven't even started back yet lol! Spent the day driving around visiting my new children in their homes :) and also cutting and laminating in between. I've been pretty hungry today, could have eaten a horse when I got home. Just had some kfc for my tea :D all within points.

Hey hun!! Hope you're great? Omg you have read my mind.. I'm shattered LOL. Not use to this work thing? haha. The kfc was yum yum yummy :D not too confident for weigh in tomorrow though, feel so bloated! Eeek we shall see. xxxx
