Aaww vicky hun dont feel down :( you are not going to slip again! stay positive! sometimes bodies are very strange things! u might have got a sts this week but next week it might be a couple of pound! u just never know! but the most important thing is to stick with it and stay positive hunni :) i know its hard coz theres been a few times where this has happened to me but it is all soooo worth it when you get a good loss! x x x you can do this! we both can xxx

Thanks so much hun :) you're a star! I am feeling much better now!! Realised how far I'd come and that I can do. I've made a list of why I'm doing this and not going to put too much pressure on myself, but hope to lose as much as I possibly can by Christmas.. whether it's half a pound a week or more or less. You're right hun, every week we just don't know. Just been food shopping and planned my meals. I have now given my debit card to my OH so I can't be tempted to buy rubbish food if I feel I'm slipping the week lol. I feel better now knowing I can't :) Hope you're ok my sweet. We certainly can do this xxx

I'm going to my friends babies christening today :) really looking forward to it! Having a bit of a party in a hall afterwards, will be great for all my group of friends to be together and have a good laugh and a natter. There is going to be some lovely cake there and also some sandwiches and nibbles, so I will have a few bits but will point everything and if I have too much I just won't have tea or a light tea. People are taking alcohol but think I'll just take some diet coke instead! Hope everyone has a lovely day. xx

1 white toast with light butter 1.5

Dinner
2 small egg mayo sandwiches on brown bread, mini quiche, slice of garlic bread, 2 small sausage rolls, tiny slice of french bread with a teeny bit of pate, a few olives, lettuce cucumber cherry tomatoes and sweetcorn. A slice of victoria sponge :) and a tiny heart shaped biscuit. It sounds loads when I put it like that but everything was really teeny tiny buffet food, except the cake. Even if I have gone way over I've still got 4 days to pull it back before weigh day :)



Tea
2 cracker bread 0.5
100g cottage cheese 1
Options hot chocolate 1




Drinks and snacks
Milk for hot drinks 2

hope you have a lovely time at the christening...relax a little and you might be surprised at how well you do points wise....even when trying to not point and just relax I often find its a subconscious thing, the points are just there and i cant help but try and figure it out :)

Thanks hunny :) Had a lovely time!! And your totally right. I relaxed and didn't deprive myself of anything but just was conscious not to go crazy! Didn't have too much but I'm guessing cake was quite high in so just going to have a light tea as I'm not even hungry. Hope you've had a nice day xxxxx

Yuummm shrooms are the best :) they go well with so many things! The pasta is a light choices one from tesco, £1 and you get heeps of the stuff! Delicious x

I've gone water mad today!! I've been glugging loads. It's difficult to keep hydrated at work as always running about and don't get a break in the morning but I've been keeping a bottle of water with me. I'm determined to keep at it!!

1.5lb off for me this week :) woop!! And soo happy it's the weekend, off to the pub in a bit. But want to stay within points as going to have tomorrow as treat night xx
