Sooo sleepy today haha. Got home about 5 and ate some random snacks rather than a proper tea then fell asleep on the sofa, going back to bed soon too, what am I like. Weigh in tomorrow urhhhh. Not looking forward to it as always.

Hope everyone is having a lovely weekend? I'm grand :) had 2 great nights sleep and had a lovely chilled day yesterday. Had my hair cut yesterday and going to dye it in a bit :) then plan on watching movies for the rest of the day! Making the most of not having much school work at the moment! Anyhoo today's food..

I am feeling super motivated today :D I've done my food shop for the week with lots of weight watchers friendly foods and also bought the weight watchers magazine, I haven't bought it for ages and it has made me even more motivated :) I love reading the success stories. It's made me realise that I'm not just doing this so I look slimmer and fit into a particular size but also to feel better and have more energy. I'm sure I will feel less tired and have more energy once I can get my bmi down. Anyhoo I'm super organised (for now lol) so posting tomorrow's food diary.

Forgot to post my diary yesterday! Oops. Not feeling too confident about tomorrow despite being good all week. It's totm and I'm so bloated it's untrue, I'm never usually like this! Anyhoo I have been feeling really good this week, have soo much more energy and can stay awake longer in the evenings, then been having really good sleeps. I've been eating a bit better this week... I tend to have a lot of salad and veg but don't have much fruit so since Monday I've been eating a lot more. I have also made sure I've taken my multi vitamin everyday and also cut down my usual 6 coffees a day to 3 instead. Not sure if this is why I feel better but I certainly feel good :) Anyhoo today's food...

Sorry I've not managed to get on sooner to post, I was a bit down in the dumps yesterday.. a few reasons why. But also a got a sts and to be honest I'm gutted! I've stuck to it all week, been proper starving at school. I know it's just one of those things but don't feel like it hasn't boosted me at all, and really worried I'm going to end up slipping again like I did in my holidays :(!!!!
