0.5lb for me this week!! Quite happy, at least it's a loss. Stuck to points all week but made myself a homemade curry last night which was yummy, low in points but it sat so heavy on my stomach. probably wasn't best to have night before weigh in, but never mind was worth it Hope everyone has a lovely weekend xxxx

Thanks so much sweety :-D Ah that would be a brill idea, but unfortunately I'm having treat night tonight and just consumed a deep pan vegetable piizza with a stuffed crust and half a bottle of wine ooopppsie hehe. Hey!! Hope everyone is good today? My friend from work has been going on those vibrating plate things for a couple of weeks now and is loving them. She measured herself yesterday and has lost 5 inches in total in 2 weeks from just 9 sessions too. How good is that? Another friend has also lost loads of inches before too. So.. I decided to go with her today there's a special offer on today, it's only £15 a month and you can go on as many times as you like. So thought I'd give it a go, it was bizarre at first and I wanted to get of lol. But it was ok after you get use to it. Apparently 10 minutes on it is the same as an hour work out and it burns off 300 calories. When you get off it your legs feel a bit wobbly like you do when you've been at the gym. So will see how it goes.. forgot to measure myself this morning so will do it tomorrow. Then will measure myself in 2 weeks. I have been losing inches really slowly on weight watches but will see if this speeds it up
