Back to group and I will be lighter by Christmas

Been a bit quiet, as usual that is not a good sign for the diet. I have been quite good today but probably too late. Also the internet is up and down at home at the moment which doesn't help my motivation boosts on here. Circuits this evening though again and as I say a reasonable close to red day. Hope my last ditch efforts do me some sort of good for tomorrow's weigh in.

I measured my waist, chest and hips today and have lost some inches especially from my hips. Great news!

an official maintain so I gained a lb this week. Need to up my game for next Wednesday. I have 24 hours away with afternoon tea and takeaway pizza arrange but can be 100% on plan today, Thursday, Friday, Monday and Tuesday and Sunday can be ok.

I will count down my 5 1/2 good days on here and if I can even lose a pound I will get my club 10 award next week :)

I have gone overboard on fruit according to my own restrictions especially as I won the raffle at group today and came home with lots of tangerines and persimmons (never heard of them before but they are yummy)

I am planning a red day tomorrow

I had forgotten earlier that I am out on Friday night for a 3 course Christmas dinner which won't help. But If I can keep below 5 syns until supper time on Friday that could be a bit of damage limitation at least. Also I have gone for cheese for the pudding so the sugar thing will be ok.

Our afternoon tea place for Saturday has a cheese menu - perhaps I will go for that instead of sandwiches and cakes.... See how the land lies at the time maybe.

I am on track for a good red day. 4.5 syns so far and a chilli planned for this evening with kidney beans as a HEXB and some cheese for my bonus hexa. :)
 
I am so hungry today but reigned it right in compared to yesterday's ridiculous behaviour.

I am still trying to train myself not to binge once I have once sweet thing. I had a sliver of cake today (100 calories) teeny and I stopped at that. That was 2 hours ago so I think I've done it!

Today's count should be around 1300 calories but I would have burned around 1300 calories in 2 gym sessions and walking so a good day by all accounts.

But it's so unlike me to be hungry and craving food. I think it might be because I haven't planned my meals this week. Clearly that is a big downfall for me. So i've bought my dinner for tonight and it's in the fridge here at work ready to take home. And lunch and breakfast and a low calorie snack for tomorrow already bought and in the fridge. Sushi on the way home tomorrow night if I'm hungry and feel like I need some dinner.

Feeling a lot better.
 
Glad you are feeling better. You are right about the planning - it makes things so much easier and less option for just reaching for the nearest thing when you are hungry.

Dinner out tomorrow - butternut soup, sea bass and veg, and cheese with one glass of red wine. Not that bad. I will stick to 5 syns beforehand.

Wondering about lunch on the train on Saturday. I will take a packed lunch - probably some sort of pasta or couscous salad. Best not to get hungry though before I arrive for afternoon tea.

Maybe a bit unrealistic but at least it is a plan....
 
Day 4 -lots of wine (4 glasses prob as planned). Otherwise all gone to plan - yay!

I do feel much more in control this week. sneak peek at the scales this morning looked very promising for tomorrow. :)

Now to walk the dogs and think about some weights training (or even do some!)
