Monday 4th February 2013

Breakfast: 2 x ryvita fruit crunch and low fat cheese, apple and yogurt (1/2) & tea

Snack: none

Lunch: minced beef & onions, mash potatoes, cabbage & beans

Snack: none

Dinner: Lm sausages, carrot, turnip mash, brocoli with gravy (2) and spaghetti

Snack: ripple (9 eek but i sooo wanted a proper bar of chocolate!)

Was starving after gym so had...cup of tea, pint of diluted juice, 2 crab sticks, 2 small slices lean gammon, 3 cherry toms and a few grapes!

healthy extras used on ryvita fruit crunch and cheese light spread and milk

Total syns: 11.5

Breakfast: milk and porridge

Snack - grapes

Lunch: pasta with homemade superfree veg and sauce & 3 x Lm sausages & ex light mayo (1)

Snack: kiwis & coconut muller (1/2) party ring (1.5)

Dinner: subway salad and sweet onion sauce (2) & a party ring (1.5)

Snack: banana and custard muller, grapes and something synful

Ok so something synful was alpen light (3) chocolate digestive (3.5) and party ring (1.5) and i sooo don't care as my syns are there to be used lol

healthy extras used on milk and porridge



Total syns: 14.5

After another week at 100% and 6 gym classes i have put on 3/4lb taking me up to 12st 7lb! Grrr. This stone really is my nemesis and i Will beat it.

Im taking a few days off this wk as its My birthday so maybe it might even help me lose a few pounds. We Will soon find out lol xx

Lunch: potatoes, pork chops, carrot, turnip and parnsip mash and beans and cabbage

Snack: pear and tea

Dinner: chicken fried rice, chicken tikka rice, chicken curry and salad, all syn free in my mums - loved it and I've got leftovers for tomorrow!!

Snack: mint chocolate cornetto (9) he he but was lovely!

Dinner: out for dinner and cocktails for my pre-birthday party! Probs burger and chilli fries or something equally bad lol

First day off plan since new years day and no exercise either! Very excited!!

Also getting my hair done tomorrow and can't wait for it either!

Right after 2 days off plan Im back on it today with a bang.

In the last few days I've eaten mcdonalds, an Indian and the greasiest burger you've ever seen along with drinking my body weight in alcohol lol.

Time to start counteracting lol xx

Snack: banana and ferrero rochet (3)

Dinner: chicken tikka fried rice and Veg and some salad

Snacks - malteser bunny (3) and alpen light & party ring (1.5)

Oh dear lord where there cocktails!! There were also shots, fishbowls, beers, teapots full of cocktails and jugs full of cocktails!! Not to mention staying up till 6am in the morning with all my crazy friends and partying lol. Needless to say, yesterday was rough lol xx

Teapots are brilliant! I had a teapot of Long Island Ice Tea last time I hit the cocktails and it was epic :D You feeling better today? When I had my cocktail blow out a few weeks back I scored a two day hangover :(
 
Im not too bad today. I always get 2 day hangovers. Its brutal lol.

I thought if i went to spin this morning it might clear me up a bit but it near killed me lol.

I went spinning yesterday, took my mate with md who had a massive hangover! She did very well considering! x
 
Omg you cruel girl lol. I bet she was gonna kill u.

No idea what was in it lol. It was fizzy and sweet, something fruity maybe?! Ha ha xx
