Breakfast: 2 x ryvita fruit crunch and low fat cheese, apple and yogurt (1/2) & tea
Snack: none
Lunch: minced beef & onions, mash potatoes, cabbage & beans
Snack: none
Dinner: Lm sausages, carrot, turnip mash, brocoli with gravy (2) and spaghetti
Snack: ripple (9 eek but i sooo wanted a proper bar of chocolate!)
Was starving after gym so had...cup of tea, pint of diluted juice, 2 crab sticks, 2 small slices lean gammon, 3 cherry toms and a few grapes!
