Becktoria Brand New SF diary!

Boss is off. I'm in charge. Kids have been particularly difficult last couple of school days. I will not reach for chocolate, I will not reach for chocolate!

Thanks guys. Today wasn't as hideous as I expected but had one kick off that was nasty but itherwise kids good as gold. Very tired now. I had a chunk of leftover brownie and a thorntons moment chocolate but I reckon that's not bad in scheme of things.
 
Thanks daisy. I should've resisted the choc but knew I wouldn't be using many syns today.

My food for today

Day 4 SW

B- porridge made with semi skimmed milk nectarine and golden plum

S- chunk of brownie- 4.5 syns

L- cous cous with chicken and courgette, red onions and cherry tomatoes
Pineapple and nectarie

S- thorntons moment-2 syns
Chicken
Banana

T- lemon chicken, home made egg fried rice, asparagus, green beans, sugar snap peas and spring onions
Tsp olive oil- 2 syns

S- activia yoghurt

Total - 8.5 syns

I feel like I'm eating too much fruit.
 
I wouldnt worry about the fruit you are allowed it. Plus these things tend to calm down a bit once you get into you'll just be super motivated just now and nothing wrong with that :-D x

Cheers guys. I think the fruit thing is cos on ww they advised not eating too much fruit. I'm picking it over other snacks though so must be a good thing.

So I've switched on this Lorraine Pascal food thing and she is making a cake that is literally covered in malteasers. How is she so thin? I've seen other things she cooks and there is so much butter and cream in her things! This actually makes me distrust her!
 
Yeh looks like not many other snacks so I really wouldn't worry about the fruit you re making really good food choices so far on sw! :)

Maybe she's one of those people that bake amazing cakes but don't eat them - they make the best friends lol ;-) x
 
Looks like a great day! If ur worried about fruit try replacing it with a yogurt or something like carrot sticks! There's lots of free foods u can have remember! I think ur doing great tho!

Yep so do I! My personal fav is Diners Drive ins and Dives on food network channel!! Yummy those Anericans do love the big portions!!
 
Glad things are still going well on SW. Everything looks delicious and healthy. I really wouldn't worry about the fruit, it all looks very balanced to me and there are far worse things in the world than having an extra peice of fruit or two.
 
Ok here is yesterday's food.

Day 5 SW extra easy

B- porridge with semi skimmed milk, nectarine and golden plum

L- home made veg soup, activia 0%, pineapple

S- nectarine
Ham
Cherries
Pear

T- spaghetti bolognaise, whole meal pasta and rocket
1 tsp olive oil-2syns
25ml sherry- 2syns
15g Parmesan cheese - 3 syns

Total- 7 syns

My tea was the best bolognaise I've made. My only thing is I probably ate too much because it was so delicious- the sauce not so much the pasta but at least it was full of good stuff. Over 50% was veg.
