B- porridge made with semi skimmed milk nectarine and golden plum
S- chunk of brownie- 4.5 syns
L- cous cous with chicken and courgette, red onions and cherry tomatoes
Pineapple and nectarie
S- thorntons moment-2 syns
Chicken
Banana
T- lemon chicken, home made egg fried rice, asparagus, green beans, sugar snap peas and spring onions
Tsp olive oil- 2 syns
S- activia yoghurt
Total - 8.5 syns
I feel like I'm eating too much fruit.
