Well done him, no choc for 2 weeks that's hard, put it in a box in the back of the cupboard and forget about it!
 
Well I stayed well away from the choc!
Yes Sarah considering he was eating chocolate (and not just little bars) on a daily basis he is doing really well!

Ok just have to get through the weekend with 7 weeklies before WI! No more social plans but got school work to do which stress me and make me want food! Must stay strong!

Day 6 sf- 7 weeklies

B- porridge made with skimmed milk, raspberries and spices!

L- ww bagel and scrambled egg

T- vegetable chilli with dollop of natural yogurt and potato wedges.

S- fruit maybe a crumpet or two depending how I get on with assessment!
 
It's assessing the kids I teach. We've just started PIVATs which is precurriculum levels but goes up to national curriculum level 4. Hoping to do enough today so can enjoy tomorrow. Very rarely bring work home if I can help it! X
 
Good morning! Am awake nice and early for a Sunday! Am pointing today as we are going to have a roast.

Day 7- 29pp 7weeklies left

B- bacon and light Philadelphia bagel- 6pp

L- not sure something for 4-5pp

T- roast lamb dinner. I'm going to hopefully manage this on the rest of my Dailies - 19pp. Should be more than enough.

S- fruit

Hopefully I will end the day with my 7 remaining weekly points intact and it will be the first time in absolutely aaages I've not used all my weeklies!
 
I didn't end Sunday with any weeklies left but I didn't go over them. I ended up nibbling on Sunday dinner leftovers, but as I say I was within my weeklies.
I was also quite pleased with myself as period cramps kicked in yesterday and as I went round asda it took all my will power not to buy chocolate to join me on the sofa with a hot water bottle- instead I bought a punnet of grapes, which I know you shouldn't eat all of but I know is a damn sight better than choc! So I have done a whole week with no choc!

Not expecting great things at WI due to totm kicking in today, but I have been good- we shall see.

Day 1 - sf. 49 weeklies

B- spiced porridge, milk, raspberries

L- leftover veg chilli and ww pitta

T- pork stir fry with wholemeal noodles.

S- fruit

Very sad news at WI I stayed the same. I had been very good last week and putting it down to totm. Gutted.

On another note my boyf joined today and so at least I'll have good support from him, although his 47 daily points is making me green with envy! X
 
Lol- you should warn him the first time he complains of what he should spend his points on will be his last words!!

At least it's not a gain :) 47pp!! Wow! I'd love that ;-) xx
 
It's so annoying when u have been good with no loss but it's better than gaining, I hope u get a good loss next wk!
 
Was naughty last night after being a bit grumpy about WI and ate some choc and then proceeded to eat whatever sweet thing I could find in the house, fortunately this was only a couple of frosties bars and an option! I counted all this though so quite a few weeklies down at the beginning of the week! Oh well.

Counting day- 26pp 33weeklies left.

B- weetabix and fruit, skimmed milk- 4pp

L- ham and salad sandwich with ww bread- 6 pp

T- spaghetti bolognaise made with ex lean mince and wholewheat pasta- 12pp

S- fruit and crumpet with l cow exl - 2pp

24pp total.
 
Don't worry 33 weeklies is still alot! U will be fine! I ate a little when I only lost 0.75 lb. Cause I felt down, the good thing is we both pointed it and carried on!
