Hey Sarah, not a great day but not an horrendous day. I didnt eat regular meals and so I have about 2 weeklies left and WI is tomorrow.
Could be worse. I'll get back to a food diary tomorrow.

Well u haven't gone over ur weeklies so u will be fine! I have had a good wk end can't wait till tomorrow sf again gonna have a stir fry for dinner
 
Ok I've had a couple of weird days, not eating proper regular meals but managing, just, to stay on plan.

This is what I ate yesterday

Day 6 (Sunday) 26pp 8 weeklies

No breakfast

L- sweet onion chicken terriake subway- 10pp

S- 4x crumpets- 10pp
Low fat spread- 1pp
Jam- 1pp
Grapes

T- BBQ rib crisp sandwich made with ww bread - 9pp

S- banana

Total - 31pp 3weeklies left

Not a good day, actually pretty shocking and Sarurday wasnt any better, but I have weeklies left so hoping that WI goes ok tonight.
I'm doing SF today so no need to use weeklies. Not having a treat after WI as me and the boy are off for a Vietnamese meal tomorrow night and I don't want to be point watching.

Stayed the same. I'm not very happy, I did think I'd lost at least 1lb. I know I'm not doing it as well as I can do. I need to focus better.
Potentially a lot of eating out and alcohol this week. I'm going to have to do damage control for the bits in between and then have a bloody good week after before my birthday as going away for the weekend and won't be point watching.
Also going to get my arse into gear and exercise. I'm being a right lazy cow. Just so pissed off with myself that I've still not lost the Xmas weight! X
 
I'm sorry u didn't loose, is it ur totm? Mine this Wi?! U have done so well this week as well, maybe it's just because u font have lots to loose. I'm hoping u get a good loss next wk, I no u don't want to hear it but it's better than a gain!
 
Thanks Sarah, it's just so disappointing. I know what I have to do, which is cut out sugary snacks, but I find it sooo hard. I did have a few last week and even though they were within my points I guess I just shouldn't have them. Next mon I'll be on my period so doubt I'll have a good loss then. Just have to keep trying and like you say at least I've not gained! X
 
The important thing is to not let it bother u so much that u go off plan, I was thinking that maybe if u can, cut ur weeklies down by 10 or 15 as ur near ur goal maybe u don't need as many weeklies meaning u will get a better loss?
 
Thing is I know I'm eating weeklies for the sake of it if I get to Sunday and have some left. I'm only gonna use them if I'm going out.
I'm a bit down but I won't give up, no danger of that! X
 
I'm the same, if I have some left on day 7 I will eat them all, just so I can have some treat food, even tho I'm not needing the food
 
R u gonna have ur treat tonight? U said u were gonna have an unpointed treat after Wi?
 
Not tonight as we are going for a valentines meal tomorrow and I'm not going to be pointing that. I know it's not a great start to the week but the rest of the day I'm being good. And the rest of the week too! X
 
It only happens once a year.........then there's Easter!
