You mix a teaspoon of low fat spread with, garlic, lemon zest and parsley, cut a pouch into the chicken breast and stuff the mix in. Then you wrap the chicken breast in the Parma ham and bake for 25 mins! Very nice. Worth the 3pp! X
When I re-joined today, it had all my stats from when I started. I looked at this time last year and I am only 9 1/2lbs lighter! I was a bit annoyed at myself about this but my sister pointed out that if anything, at least it shows I can maintain and I've not put any back on. I guess i'd be even more pissed off if I were heavier! x
Sometimes it's hard to see the big picture when you're feeling stuck in a rut. At Xmas I was irritated cos after a year I hadn't reached goal but I was a stone lighter than the Xmas before!
Decided to go for a pp day as I ate a couple of biscuits and trying to hold on to 40 weeklies for the weekend.

B- porridge with skimmed milk and raspberries- 7pp ( I didn't weigh as was gonna have sf day so making it high pp to be on safe side)
S- 2x jam ring biscuits- 3pp
L- ww bagel with turkey ham and tomato- 5pp. Banana
S- apricots and apple
T- beef stew - 8pp ww petit pain- 3pp
Total 26 pp
All my food was sf except the biscuits so quite pleased I've managed to stay within points. Decided to try not to have crumpets when I got in and managed fine on fruit.
