Sounds like a good day beck, maybe not what u planned but still good!
Well done on the gym visit!
 
I used my calculator to point them and 2 sticks came out as 3pp, they are 2 sticks in a packet. I could be wrong but it said 11.25 g per stick so I put in all the info which was for 100 g and put serving down as 22.50g.

Actually enjoyed the gym once I got there. X
 
There was a thread about them in the propoints quires section and ppl were asking if the 3pp was for just the one stick, and someone did say 2 were 5pp! But if ur calculator says 3pp I wouldn't worry!

I always enjoy exercise at the gym, it's getting there that's the problem! I'm glad u had fun!
 
Morning,
Having another sf day today. This is the plan, subject to change!

B- porridge with blueberries and soya milk

L- chicken and sweet corn salad with ww petit pain

T- jacket potato, beans and salad

S- fruit and crumpets or smoothie

Exercise-Pilates.

What's the soya milk like?
 
Just popping by to say "hi" and have a snoop at your diary. Looks like this week is going really well so far. I like the sound of the chicken and sweetcorn salad for have planned for lunch.
 
I tried soya milk too but the jury's out in it... I felt it left a funny film in my mouth :-/

Ooh I didn't experience that.
Not a good day for me. Didn't go to Pilates as had a bad headache when I left work and felt completely exhausted. Also ate some chocolate but have taken it from my weeklies. So my day was as I planned earlier, SF but some pp used for the following;
S- dried berries and pumpkin seeds-4pp
6x galaxy mini eggs-12pp

So 16 weeklies used that means 29weeklies left. X

Don't worry bout the weeklies used, u have stuck within ur weeklies and that's what they r there for!
 
Thanks Sarah, they are like mini Creme eggs but have caramel in the middle. Tooo tasty!
Finding today hard work, very hungry and just want to eat. Trying to distract myself from food. About to try some paint samples in the bedroom then off to meet the boyf in the gym (even though I really don't want to go! Not sure what is for tea yet, waiting for inspiration to strike! X

Eh that's a tough one! How about light choices sausages and mash with a load of veg and 2tsp of gravy?

Tesco light choices sausages x2- 4pp
Mash 150g 3pp
Gravy 2tsp 1pp

8pp in total?!
 
Or a stir fry, or homemade pizza?
 
Tesco reduced fat garlic Kiev 8pp and a load of salad?
 
Hey Sarah, thanks for all the suggestions! I know where to come next time I'm stuck! I don't live close to a tesco and can't drive but sainsburys is next door to the gym and I saw a good to yourself red Thai curry reduced and worked it out as 8pp! Perfect. Not too keen on ready meals but after an hour in gym couldn't face cooking. X
