That's fine beck, not ideal but all within pp!
 
I like to always have a varied supply of treats in so I know there's always something I can snack on - still get the urge to binge sometimes but it's far less frequently than before. At least all the things were quite low in points :) x
 
I'm really not fancying tea either so think I'll be ok. I'm gonna have SF day tomorrow to keep me on the healthy stuff and save Thai beef curry for the weekend.
 
Thai beef curry sounds very good, Becktoria :) As others have said mini milks and alpen lights are far from bad options and 14PP isn't too bad. I find if I come in starving hungry then I am far too prone to turn a minor snack to keep me going until dinner into a large amount of unnecessary snacking because I don't register that I am not hungry anymore and just want to eat. Would having something small like a banana or a alpen light before leaving work or on the way home help with this in the future? I do tend to find that quite often if I have got to the stage of being really hungry my control over what and how much I eat is pretty shakey.
 
I don't even know if it was hunger. My plan was initially to pop home and get my stuff to return to town and thought I'd grab a mini milk to keep me going. Then remembered I needed to pay a credit card bill and grabbed another one. Then the laptop died just as I was about to put my details in, so as was waiting for laptop to charge a bit and load up I got another one. Then decided I'd go to town tomorrow instead as was quite late but was a bit like what shall I do? Oh i'll finish off them mini milks and then I wanted more sugar so got the alpen bars! I put myself in the bath to keep me away from food! It seemed to work. I should've just gone to town! X

I wouldn't worry too much there low pp and I'm sure it isn't much if you add it up!

But it sounds more like a control/boredom eating rather than hunger!

I always have grapes in the fridge to pick at for when I'm in that sort of mood. I think it is boredom, like picking because I wanna eat not because I'm hungry
 
Yep it certainly is! It's one of my food issues! One of many I think! It could've been much worse so must keep things in perspective. X
 
Well I'm the same when I'm bored and 'alone'

I only ever 'binge eat' if you'd call it that when I'm alone in the house!
I don't think it's boredom either! I don't know what it is.

But I think to move forward we need to understand why we do what we do!

And I don't know why.

Not too bad really. Lots of weeklies left and I don't intend to use them for anything special in like a big go so still on plan and positive. Deffo doing sf tomorrow to keep me healthy. Will prob pp as well though to keep me right. X

Ah don't worry about it Becktoria, at least you are aware you had a bad evening (I've no idea what mini milks are). It's so hard to identify what makes us eat too much. I think I eat just because I can, like I allow myself to lose all control and just eat and eat because I know I can without any real emotional reason why. I think my problem started from an emotional issue as I've had a problem with hiding food and bingeing since I was about 8 but now all issues are resolved except the fact that the eating remains!!
 
Yes Elle I know exactly what you mean. I think sometimes I just like eating vast amounts of food without any reason! I just want to do it!

I get that beck! Something clicks in my head and I think ooh Wispa! Then I have to have it! Prob is I enjoy my food when I eat it!
 
How is today going?

Your goat cheese pasta sounds very tasty. Got some leftover goats cheese from my salad earlier in the week, might have that with pasta at the weekend.
 
I keep meaning and forgetting to make Bircher sounds yum! X
 
Slight slip up as one of the kids birthday and there was cake. I had a very small slice and will take it as 4 weeklies. Rest of day going well. Taking clothes back to town then gym so hopefully too busy to scoff tonight! X
 
Yeah I agree 4pp for cake is nothing!

Office birthday tomorrow! I will be having a slice of tescos finest! I had a look, like 320 calories jn a slice lol!

But it's chocolate and I'm human lol
