Which energy drinks do you have?
 
None yet I am gonna get some lucozade revive, if i do redbull or anything i wont sleep tonight and boy do i need some sleep?
I am having eggs for breakfast and a weight watcher meal for lunch but not sure what to have for tea as will be at concert hall from 2-9:30pm. Prob a sandwich and some stress relieving chocolate for keeping a dozen autistic kids entertained and calm between going on stage infront of hundreds of people! It'll be fabulous for the kids but is gonna be very difficult evening, will be worth it in the end. x
 
Wow, that sounds like a hectic day Beck, your food sounds good given the day it's going to be. I don't want to sound all lectury and annoying but be careful with the energy drinks as they can be very full of sugar and salt. Your weekend sounded like it was great crack :)
 
Ooh I have some lucozade revive in the fridge do you know the points? As it has some sugar in it as well as sweeteners so more calories than diet juice. Hoping maybe 1pp as its only 50 calories?

Pound land were selling 4packs for well a pound as its dated best before end of next month. At 4 for the normal price of 1 bottle I'm not complaining! X
 
Yeah I'm looking at about 1pp- I think it is one of the better choices of energy drinks available. I hate red bull and things like it and only have normal when I'm hungover. X

Food still sounds pretty good for a hectic day,aww am sure the play will be marvellous :0) bet you fall asleep as soon as your head hits the pillow tonight!

Sounds like a really hectic and stressful day but good you have planned around it.

Hope you have fun at the concert tonight. Sure the students will do you proud!
 
How did ur stressful busy day go? Have u only just got home?
 
Oh my God, guys, I'm exhausted! Got in after 10 last night, boyf travelling to Heathrow today so his alarm went off at 5:30, therefore awake.
Firstly the kids were amazing and did so well. It wasn't completely smooth running, at first we had a couple of kids who were a bit overwhelmed - that's putting it mildly- and I ache all over today from trying to keep a pupil onstage for 20 mins but when they did their 3 songs they were excellent, quite emotional.
Food wise, not even gonna think about it, it was tough going, I really don't care what I ate.
Today is also going to be hard purely cos I'm so tired- still not recovered from weekend. I'm having tea with my friend tonight but think we'll go out, there is no way I'm cooking and cleaning tonight! I'm aiming to get on plan this week but need some time to sit and plan which hasn't happened yet, also got a lot on, 3 leaving parties and drinks out within 2 weeks and last week of term always has a lot of temptation around. I'm going to try my best and think I'll have to really get back on track hardcore when the hols start and I've got time to properly plan and prepare cos right now it's just a bit chaotic!
I also apologise for not catching up on people's diaries, too much to get through! X
 
Wow you are so busy!! Glad everything came together in the end last night! Ouch at the early morning start,I hope you get to catch up on sleep soon and I hope you enjoy your meal out tonight :0)
 
Sounds like a very busy day! Take today a a relaxed rest day and enjoy it! Where u going for tea?
 
I've have been ravenous today. I think too much sugar last night. I'm not enjoying food at the moment cos I'm eating ****. Gonna try to be more organised and make some real good food tomorrow so last night is my last supper I guess. I'm also considering changing meetings and joining a new one tomorrow. Monday's isn't so great for me as I need weeklies more for weekends and I end up frustrated that I use them early in week, Friday would be day 1 and so would have the weekend to use weeklies, and I do manage better during the week (although hols are coming so is harder). Also I'm kind of not wanting to go back to my other meeting, I've missed a few now partly through school meetings and getting stuff ready for the weekend away last week but I could've gone if I'd made more effort but just not motivated right now and since I started pro-points I've never missed more than one or 2 meetings. My leader is ok but I find her a bit patronising and annoying at times. Like the other week when I'd gained 51/2lbs I said "that's ok" cos I was prepared for a big gain and wanted to be positive about it, she was like "it's not ok, it puts my results down" or Sonething like that. It pissed me off cos my weight loss is about me and not someone's score or whatever. I guess that's the prob with these big slimming clubs though, it isn't really about the individual, it's about money.
Anyhow, I need some kind of fresh start so think I'll do that tomorrow, enjoy my meal tonight and go to new meeting tomorrow. Not expecting great things first couple of weeks as got so much on but it's better than doing nothing! I might be able to start brand new at my current weight so my card doesn't show me going up and down the same 1/2 stone for 14 months eh?

Sorry that went on a bit ! Not sure what food is tonight Sarah, but I'm gonna enjoy it! Xx
 
Sounds like a plan beck! Fri is a good Wi day! And at least it means u can restart ur week this fri instead of waiting till mon!

I hope the new leader is a bit nicer to u! I no my luck- it would b the same leader!

Don't forget to have dessert!!

I still have ww online at the moment but think my 3 months is due up really soon and I will be cancelling it as I hardly use it. My quidco cashback has tracked so that should pay out soon meaning the 3 months cost about £2 :)

I used the app on my phone a lot the first week and a half then have literally used it a handful of times since. I wouldn't say it's worth the money. It's probably more useful for propoints for keeping track but because most foods I eat are free on simply filling its easier to just keep a track of my food on my diary here I find! I'm sure if I need help with the propoints value I can ask on here or just google it hopefully? X
 
Yeah I'm always asking pp for things on here! It's just in the new mag it showed the online version with loads of charts etc monitoring weight loss and I like that sort of thing, also it shows all the free foods! Like purpled always tells me things that r free but I didn't know about, and it lists all free yoghurts etc

Maybe there's exciting things I am missing :p

The only things I've really found that weren't on the generic free foods list thing that there's a link to on the simply filling forum really are the ww bread things which I knew about and Asda chickpea Dahl. The yoghurts are all on the generic list I think so plain soya, low fat Greek and low fat fromage frais etc? X
