Shortly after that post I spoke to the boyf and came to a completely different decision. Gonna invest in a good pair of scales (unbelievably I don't own a pair of scales) and do this from home. I know pp and sf inside out and I don't stay for meetings, I very rarely get told anything I don't already know, and if I do it's from here rather than ww so gonna cancel monthly pass and give it a go! I will buy the calculator and use that and will also keep buying the magazines for recipes. I'm gonna really get sad and compile my own tracking sheets and weight loss charts too! Plus with the time I save not going to meeting I can go to the gym (in theory)!
So buying scales after work. Friday am will be new WI time. Tomorrow is planning night. I will need support to stop myself going on the scales every time I've been to the toilet, but otherwise I think I should be ok. If it gets too bad I can always go back to class, so I'm excited again! God I'm sad! Haha! X
