lol! Definitely don't want that, but you know where I am coming from! I will carry on but eisshh whole month no bread, no pasta, no potatoes, no chocolate and 1/2lb? Thats what you expect on weightwatchers!! Hopefully a week of PPs will offset this. x
 
For some reason I felt hungry today and had to eat because I was hungry!!
I was still looking at last week's gain and thinking how am I going to cope with conso, when I gain weight just doing PVs and having a few glasses of wine. I suppose better leave that to when I finish cruise then we will see.

Food plan today: Day 60 PP
Breakfast:
Oatbran porridge

Lunch:
2 boiled eggs
cottage cheese

Snack
1 oatbran muffin

Dinner:
chicken curry with shiritaki noodles

Fluid intake
1.5l water
2 cups coffee
250ml diet coke

Exercise
Day 7 Level 1 Shred DVD
 
Becky, just let your body settle down into the exercise and then see. Look at your measurements - they don't reflect just a half pound loss I'm sure. Hang on in there, you absolutely know you can do it. The wine's probably not helping much mind you....!

By the way, I love that you realised your glass was 150ml rather than 100! It's funny as I was actually thinking how lady like you are to be drinking 100ml glasses! Glad to hear you're 'normal'!

Looking forward to the next shred instalment - it sounds harsh!!

:wee:Boy am I happy I didnt go for the chocolate cake? Weighed myself today and have lost 4.5lbs. It was fluid retention after all. That's the 2.5lbs off and 2lbs bagged towards this weeks loss! I am ecstatic.

Lunch:

sf jelly

Dinner:
scrambled eggs
pan fried chicken breast strips with dukan mayo dip
blackcurrant mousse

Fluid intake
1.5l water
3 cups coffee

I know J, my body has slimmed down a lot and not giving up has paid off!:)

I honestly thought the glass was 100ml, it was only because my friend measured a 100ml of milk and I thought I am sure my wine glass holds more than that! I measured the glass contents and realised I was normal!!;)

It is scary but I am sure I can handle that! whats really scaring me is the turbofire, and I have bought it!!! Prepare for a death in the family, because I am sure it will kill me!!! If you are wondering why I will still do it, well look at Jessica Ennis!;)
 
:):D 1lb off this morning and I have just registered that I am out of the 15s! Well pleased. I am going to weigh myself daily until the end of the PP days.

In my excitement I have just updated my stats to reflect the 14s! ;) I will update it again at the official weekly weigh in.

One more day on Shred level 1!

Shred is definitely helping, I think as Joodle said my body was still adjusting to the exercise and now I am cruising!:)You don't need Shred Ellie, its too aggressive, you just need something slow to maintain like my Rosemary Conley DVD! :D
Your stats are an inspiration to me as we are same height (as well as Jessica Ennis!:D) and I started 1lb higher than you. Our goal weights are a few lbs apart and since you reached yours, I am telling myself it's doable, even though the journey looks daunting!
