Oh Becky, those measurements! Amazing! I know we all set a lot of store by the scale numbers but it's so irrational, the inches are all that really count!

Good luck with shred, so great you've got into it. Enjoy the aches - I like them! And have fun with your friend!! Jx
 
Lol I'd like to say it gets easier but then level 2 comes and turns you back into a jibbering wreck! X

Are you doing it or have you done it? I actually suprised myself I could do the press ups, the easy version though!! Do you atually do it 30days straight with no rest?

I was waiting to do my inches at the end but hey they brought a smile to my face! I think the weigth is more a head thing, you just dont want to answer that your weight is 15st! Its kinda of scary!!!

I can see myself liking shred and I am anticipating the aches gets worse tomorrow, just hope I can do it again!

No rest days( although I couldn't be bothered one day last week)
Good results ATM more toned arms abs and legs And feels better than going to the gym,x
 
Bingo! will try my best not to skip days. What weight size do you use? I only did it with 1kg as thats all I have lol! I have just ordered a case of 2,3,4kg weights.
 
I should be able to move to 2kg soon as the 1kg didn't feel heavy at all. Will keep you posted on progress.
 
do you freeze everything you cook batches of? including the things with youghurt mixed in? I think I could manage a day in the kitchen a week and then take something out of th efreezer in the morning.

Hey Deb, yes I freeze everything except the yoghurt i only freeze my frozen yogurts!!! I don't freeze the mousse and jellies. My loaf of bread lasts a week and I just keep in the fridge. I try to make it as exciting as possible. Weight doesn't come off as exciting for me though! Good luck with your journey! x
 
Right, freezer shopping list for me then and some containers now that payday is here. You've done well and your menus are going to help me loads, although I did have a faux pas with pork last night that I didn't realise I wasn't allowed.

My body is one lump of pain today! Doing press ups was a nightmare, I am surprised I am hurting this much considering I have been exercising. I honestly hope it gets better otherwise I am going to take painkillers!! My food list showed I had an appetite today! Really enjoyed my food.

Food plan today: Day 55 PV
Breakfast:
oatbran porridge
2 muffins with lemon frosting

Lunch:
2 grilled weightwatchers sausages (I decided they are DD friendly!)
1 grilled bacon medallion
scrambled egg
toast spread with extra light laughing cow cheese

Dinner:
beef stew
roast butternut squash
steamed spring greens
100ml glass red wine (oopps!!! only coping P! expecting 3lb loss end of week!!!!)

Fluid intake
1l water
3 cups coffee
750ml diet coke

Exercise
Day 2 Level 1 Shred DVD
2hrs 30mins shopping!

No, its no better today, my body still aches. Still did my shred and surprisingly I didnt take as much breaks during the workout!
Went shopping with my friend then went to Nandos for dinner. I stuck to the plan as much as I could but I suppose with the sauces it is not 100% DD friendly. I did take the skin off. Had a glass of wine at home (again!)

Food plan today: Day 56 PV
Breakfast:
1 whole boiled egg and 1 egg white

Lunch:
2 grilled weightwatchers sausages
2 grilled bacon medallion
scrambled egg
toast spread with extra light laughing cow cheese
Grilled tomatoes

Dinner:
Nandos 1/2 chicken
Side salad (leaves with 2 cherry tomatoes!)
1/3 portion chicken livers
100ml glass red wine (building up to a bottle or do I need one every night Pauline?!!)

Fluid intake
1.5l water
2 cups coffee
1l diet coke

Exercise
Day 3 Level 1 Shred DVD
4hrs 30mins shopping!
