Becky, there's no such thing as exercise demons, don't give yourself the luxury of thinking it's some force outside your control that's trying to stop you exercising! The truth is, doing dvd's at home is very boring unless you can get someone else to do them with you. Why don't you make yourself a virtual star chart and promise yourself a reward at the end of the 6 weeks? Or join the new exercise thread on here? Or be inventive and add some variety, as you do with your cooking? The truth is, I can only peddle an exercise bike for half an hour if I'm listening to Radio 4 or watching something good on the telly - but I suppose those aren't options if you're watching a dvd unless you know it so well that you can turn the sound down and put the radio on. Keep going though, it's worth it x


Point taken Sara! I am singing demons dont exist now! And yes I have stuck to my exercises! :) My good loss has helped.

I know Laura, I once said I will probably be the heaviest size 10! I remember wearing size 12 and I was 12st!!
 
Cornie just rang me on his way from work and asked if he should bring me wine to celebrate the 3st loss!! :D I said no. :):( I know I have reached my 3st goal early but I want to push hard this week to see how much more I can do by the 19th! So far I have lost 17lbs over the last 6 weeks, almost averaging 3lbs every week. :) I need to plan my food for the week and its PVs from Sunday til WI so might not do greatly but hey I am chuffed whatever I lose.

Blooming fabulous, well done you. So so chuffed for you. What a great week it is for losses. Well done on reaching your goal.

I must admit I had myself down to lose 3st by the end of this week, I managed it with 3 days to spare LOL. Need to work out a new goal now.

All this exercise ofyours is very encouraging. You go girl.............

My computer is playing up and I can't be bothered to do the food entries on the app so will have to do it tomorrow!! :D

I tried tofu today for the first time and i loved it. The dish is one of my best, I will post the recipe on the thread. Lemon and ginger tofu yumm. :)

And yesterday I tried gammon! Hate it, how do people eat gammon, it's the saltiest thing I have ever seen and it was unsmoked!!! Not buying again!

Goodness me I dont know where my appetite went this morning! I made myself some livers, onions, tomatoes and toast but I just ate a few mouthfuls and I couldn't even finish 1/2 a slice of my toast before I left really full. I tried to carry on but I left sick so I gave up! Please can this happen more often, a few mouthfuls and I am full!! :D

I should think you can post anywhere really, people will still use the recipe thread. I am tempted to be mean and say no, I kinda see the cookbook as my baby really and don't want it to be clogged with chats! This doesn't sound right somehow!! :D

Lets see what the crew thinks. :) shall we all post recipes to the cookbook or shall we keep both the recipe thread and the cookbook??
