Well day 4 is complete. I missed a snack but I've had some strawberries whilst watching casualty as the hubby was sat eating little biscuit things from a snack box. Only had 4 or 5 and they were tiny. Onto day 5... x

Well I'm still in bed so it's hard to tell. One thing I do is that I feel like I've eaten a load of razor blades, my throat is killing me! Hubby said I've got it all back to front as he started with a sore throat!

It's naughty but I am tempted to get weighed this morning so I am just fighting with my conscience over it x
 
I have to confess i peaked this morning after my popcorn incident!!

They are in the spare room out the way now!

I've managed to stay off of mine. Even if I put them in the loft I'd still go and get them!!!

I made John some bacon this morning which I would have been able to have on ww so that was really though going...

I think I am defo finding it hard now x

If you think weighing will spur you on then do it, if you think it will hinder your efforts then dont. Personally I would weigh. Your having a little craving and I think sseeing a loss will make your cravings easier to deal with as you would prefer the loss to food. Whatever choice you make will be the right one :) lovw that your doing so well. Dead proud of you!
 
I'd weigh cos its early on and tr bound to have done well. It may help u stay on track! X
 
Hi babe jus seen what u put on nikki's status u ok? U finding it hard coz ur craving 'food' ur doing so well hun like everyone else has said so if weighin ur self will help hun do it!

It's a strange one as I'm definitely not hungry, I just miss eating but it's only breakfast and lunch. I've had a word with myself!

If I was hungry I could understand it, but I'm not!!

The thing that stopped me from getting weighed was the fact that it has only been a couple of days and I really want to try and wait and see a whopping great result next week as that will give me a mahooosive boost! x

Food makes you feel good hunny xx when we eat we have a hormone response, that gives us that feel good factor. You have not been well I should imagine you are craving that desire to make your self feel better. X it will pass, and you will get the feeling from your evening meal xxx I so admire you going 3 days!!! I know I could not even do day 1 xx
