Happy Happy Tuesday morning everyone!
My baby will be 4 in less than 4 weeks. I am FREAKING OUT. LOL. Not really freaking out. But AAAAACK! lol. I have to order some food colour gels for her cake. She wants another rainbow cake. This seems to be a tradition now. lol. All three of her cakes have been rainbow (the cake inside is rainbow) so when i asked her what she wanted this year she said "ariel of a rainbow". hahaha ok. So its going to be a princess ariel (ive already bought the ariel doll to go inside and the cake part will be the dress) (and i mean ariel as a girl, not a mermaid) and the inside with be rainbow. My child clearly doesnt know the sad limits to my baking/cake decorating. I will have a go though! lol.
Anyway. Scales this mornng were being nice to me again.

Been absolutely fine on plan again. THANK GOODNESS Im back in my groove. Im going to lunch tomorrow BUT....I will have my chicken and salad and draw a line. We are going to Chiquitos so Im going to have the fajita chicken salad but ask for the dressing to be on the side. Shouldnt be too bad. And I will drop a pack tomorrow. I may fluctuate up a bit but its ok. Im not going to stress.
We're actually going to the Metro Centre with my friend (the girls are coming with me) so there will be quite a lot of walking done too. Hopefully that will balance everything out. lol. I just MUST remember to drink my water.
So that means Im 1lb off losing 4 stone since Zoe was born in May of last year. And considering a LOT of that time I wasnt trying. Like...I didnt start actively trying to lose weight until Feb of this year when I started S&S the first time. Then that lasted all of 3 weeks. Then i was off plan but trying to watch what I ate....and then I went on holiday back home and ate a bunch of crap but managed to lose like 5lbs?! Haha. And then I got back and did a bit of this and a bit of that...until finally starting Exante on Sept 1st. And ive probably had about 1.5-2 weeks of being off plan and struggling in that time....So im pretty happy. I have quite a way to go yet, but its not nearly as daunting as it was. For now, Ive got my eyes firmly fixed on 240 and Im going for it.
And on other news...
Swede is VERY NICE! I made a 150g portion yesterday. It wasnt much, lemme tell ya. Its much more dense than say, cauliflower (you get loads for 150g! lol) but I decided to maka half as chips and half as mash. I prefer the chips. I did half the chips with just salt (and fry light) and the other half with smoked paprika, salt and garlic powder. OMG. Tasted like smoky bbq. YUM. I have some more which I will probably have later in the week. I dont know if I will get it very often as I love cauliflower and its easier to prepare and you get more of it (haha!) but when i want chip type things.....DEFINITELY swede.
