Hi Kelly, i would defo ask at Chiquitos to not put any dressings on at all including the guacamole if you wanna be really good. I hope you enjoy you meal out nethertheless.
So yesterday i had a hazelnut shake for breakfast, a thai soup for lunch, a mild curry with swede chips for tea and then i had a mushroom pasta later on. I always spray my swede chips with a little frylight and cook for a bit longer to get them a little crispy and add some black pepper for seasoning. MMmm they were good!
I would still have 3 packs today if i was you and your meal just to stay in the routine of things. Your weight can fluctuate in just a few days, i wouldnt worry about todays gain too much, thats why i prefer to weigh myself once a week, because i dont want to be dissappoined in what the results are.

Booo. I had my lunch out and it was good. It was tiny though (off the lunch menu) but thats fine. Hardly any salad at all. and the chicken was very small. But it was good. I asked and he said the dressing is on the side so i asked for the other toppings (the guac, salsa and sour cream) on the side too. Well...they didnt do that bit AND the little bit of salad they did have had some kind of dressing on it (although there was a little pot of white dressing on the side too?!) so i was like *humphf* but i couldnt be bothered to send it back. So I had it. It wasnt much and I dont really know what it was but it was definitely vinegar based. Meh. Whatever. Its done now. And it was tasty. The other, white dressing I just left. :D hahaha

However, then, my friend wanted to go into Hotel Chocolat. Ugh. WHYYYYY did they have free samples today? So I had a (halloween) cat shaped choc. HAha. Come on. It was Hotel Chocolat and it was FREE. LOL.

Anyway. Im going to have a chili pack tonight with a half a pack of Eat Water Slim Rice. And just get back to it as of NOW. Thats all I really can do. :)

Im tempted not to weigh now until Friday or Saturday even. I should just leave it til weigh in on Sunday but thats never gonna happen. lolol.
 
I always happens. I have ONE thing/meal off plan and...the rest of the day goes to pot! lol.

I had my salad for lunch and then while I was waiting for my Slim Rice (ew. more on that in a minute) to cook...I had about 12 cheese cracker things..what are they called? Cant remember. The round ones like ritz, but cheesy? Anyway. Those. Haha and then 2 jaffa cakes, and about 4 digestives. THIS. MUST. STOP. lol

That said....Im fine today. Im back on plan and happy to be so. AND. In true "wtf is my body playing at????" style....Ive LOST a bit this morning. lol. I was 245.6 yesterday. and today? 245.2. Haha. Whatever. But yay!

So Im back on plan today. Had a coffee and about to start my water. Todays packs are:

A&C Exante porridge (pancakes)
Exante Porrdige - normal - (pancakes)
S&S Spag bol and a tesco simple side salad.

Totals: 665 cals and 64 carbs.

Ok. The Slim Rice.
OMG. I will NOT bother with that again. EW! lol I had the Zero noodles a while ago....like in feb or march. GAG. They were chewy and rubbery and i felt like I was chewing and chewing and chewing and not much was happening. LOL. I just couldnt get on with it. But recently I thought...maybe the rice would be better as its just small bits right? Well, kinda. Its smaller bits, yes. And it was a little better. But its still yuck. And then I got really windy and bloated feeling after I had them. Not nice. So I shall pass on them from now on. I have another pack but I only paid a penny for it so it may well end up in the bin. lol.

How is everyone getting on?

Sorry to hear that you fell of the wagon yesterday. Tutttutt you should stop giving into the temptations, try to avoid restaurants for a bit and see how you get on. Come on we can do this together!
I was thinking about trying exante myself but there doesnt seem to be much varity in the meal packs, how do you find them?
So today ive had/having a strawberry shake for breakfast, mushroom pasta for lunch (love this!) Chilli Con Carni for tea with 200g mixed broccolli and cauliflour and a maple forfor supper time.
Still focused and raring to go. I know i need to do this for myself and i have to remind myself of why ive started this and what i have to achieve.

Doing fine today. Completely stuck to plan. :)

As for exante.....their shakes are much thicker and more filling, I find. I dont have them very often (in fact Ive used them all and havent bought anymore) but theyre lovely and dont taste artificial AT ALL. I love the vanilla and the banana. I add a little cinnamon to them and theyre gorgeous and taste like a pudding.

I hated.....and I mean HATED the savoury meals. I tried the carbonara, chilli, spag bol and shepherds pie. Vile. All of them. I sold them straight away. Some people DO seem to like them in the Exante group on fb though. It depends on your tastes. The main difference though is that exante is 3packs a day and no veg or milk allowance (although i have them and it doesnt seem to make any difference.....i just use MFP to make sure my carbs are within the 60-70g range for the day (or lower) - I usually have 100-200g of veg (i only ever have salad mix or cauli ...or the other night, swede) or broccoli. I LOVE the porridges though. I make them into a pancake and I honestly couldnt stick to the diet if i didnt have that.

So thats why I now do a mix of S&S and Exante. I have 2 Exante porridge packs (porridge or a bar..the bars are more like cereal bars and theyre ok. VERY filling and big but not as nice or treat-like as S&S) and then i have a S&S spag bol or chili pack with a bit of veg for dinner. Its working well for me. :)
 
Blah. 246.6 today. lol. residual off the biscuit/cracker fail night before last. just gotta plod on :) I was 100% yesterday so....thats all i can do...

Annoyed, but its my own fault. And I have sorted my t'giving and xmas mini-goals so now i know what Im working towards the rest of the year.

I hope you have another good day today. Ive had a look on the exante website and the price really puts me off but i love mostly everything S+S do anyways so i think i will stick with them.
Another good day for me yesterday, reading other people stories on here gives me the inspiration to carry on.

Morning...

Yesterday was fine. 244 this morning. Whew! Tomorrow's official weigh in day....so it should be ok. lol.

Had my flu jab already and been round the shops and home and its only 10:08! lol

I got some asparagus for a pound at asda...bargain! lol. And some sprouts for a pound and a few other bits that I need for the halloween party we are going to at my friend's house. She has a little kiddie party every year. So this year im going to make Halloween Trash. Its pretty much just broken up pretzel bits, american candy corn, nuts, M&Ms bits of broken up oreo...you can add whatever kinda stuff you want....and then you mix it up and lay it out on a baking tray and pour white chocolate over it, sprinkle it with halloween sprinkles and let it set, then break it up. yum. But none for me! haha.

After i got the bits i wanted to get we came home and when we got off the bus it was pouring. Booo! lol. So we got a bit wet. But we are in and dry now. Im sitting here with my second cup of coffee of the day and my first 2L bottle of water starting me down...Im usually at least half way done with it by now! lol. I will finish my coffee and have at least half my water before my breakfast. I actually thought I might try the porridge as actual porridge today but I dont fancy it now. so I will save it for another day and just make my pancakes with it. lol :D Now..off to MFP to see what sized portions of sprouts i can have. lol :D
 
Just made the A&C porridge as porridge afterall.... omg. soooooo good!!!! and so filling! i added a little cinnamon and a tiny bit of cloves. this is gonna be so brilliant to have through the winter. yaaay!

I'm not a huge fan of porridge type stuff but I had the s&s oatmeal this morning and it was good... Think I'll be ordering a few more of them!

ANNOYED.com ...I have been SO good the past 3 days and I havent lost anything?! In fact, Im 2lbs higher than I was on Tuesday! I have a theory about that. But first....

Official weigh in #8 and the scales say....

245.0

*sigh* ...so thats a 1lb loss this week. Better off than on..but seriously.

So now. My theory.

I think I need more calories. I seem to lose better when I keep my cals around 750-900ish and my carbs under 80. This is what happened the last time I was "too good". The 600 cals and 60g carbs thing and my body sorta shuts down. Ive been feeling really rough the past few days. I think my body is mad at me. lol. Im gonna have a look back to when I had the 4 packs and when I was having 3 packs plus a couple of boiled eggs and see what my losses were.

So. Im boiling a couple of eggs for Zoe's breakfast and a couple of extra. And i will go have a play about on MFP and also read back on here and see what my losses were when I was having a little more protein.

Blah.
 
Good day today. I had 2 eggs in the morning. 2 babybel lights. A little quorn chicken pieces. An A&C porridge. And Ive just had some cauliflower and chili. Had my 4L of water and a couple of coffees. I still have a pack to have...(ive logged another porridge on MFP) and that would bring my cals to 1025. But my carbs at 64. I think Im going to change it and have a bar instead which will put my cals at 1049 and carbs at 66g. And that should be more than enough for today. I was looking at my WI results and my 2nd week I lost 7lbs! And that week, I was eat much more...cals were around 900-1050 and carbs were 70-75g mostly. Going to have a look at a few typical days and see what i was doing differently. I think I was having 3 packs and some quorn/eggs/cheese. I have to get my body working better. I didnt have headaches that week and I felt great. AND I LOST 7lbs! lol.

We shall see what the scales say tomorrow morning.
 
The 12th of Sept i wrote...

"... Its working really welll for me....3 exante packs, a couple of egg whites, a whole egg, 2 babybels for tablets, my evening meal of quorn and mushrooms (which is delish and something i would happily eat, diet or not) plus my coffees and waters :) And I may or may not be in ketosis but the weight is coming off AND i dont feel sick. BONUS!..."

This is what I will do again, starting tomorrow. No more veggies. And just do that. :)

Effectively STS today. yesterday i was 245.0 and today? 244.8 *shrug*

Ive lost a whole 2lbs in 3 weeks. :( Nevermind. Push on!

Im going to have some asparagus because no one else will eat it and I dont want waste it. My total cals will be 930 and carbs 77g.
 
Had a coffee this morning with a babybel. Just having my first porridge now at nearly 10:30. Its SO good. lol Doesnt actually taste "diet" at all. lol Sooo creamy!

And then water water water until lunch time. Hmm. Not sure what to have at lunch and what to have a dinner with my asparagus? Or! I could have half the asparagus with chili and half with spag bol. Yes. Thats what I will do! Huzzuh!

Hubby took our eldest out for a walk into our town centre. theyre going to the bank and then to Wilko to get me some replacement scales. I bought some Salter digital kitchen scales about 12-18 months ago...and theyve BROKE! Ugh. Theyre supposed to be the best! Boo. So anyway. I need new ones. :)

I also have to ring Tabby's nursery and tell them we are taking her out. What a carry on this is.
 
Oh Kelly i love asparagus, its like my fave vegatable of all time, you have just made me write that down on my shopping list! Im sorry that you have had a couple of struggling days with your weigh in.

I weighed myself this morning and i have lost another 4lb and i am generally happy with that. I cant believe the results!
Bought myself a cross-stich yesterday so im hoping i can start that tonight to keep my mind off things.

I made my own (pathetic) version of a pumpkin spice latte and Im sipping it now...before we head to bed. I basically just added a little cinnamon and a little cloves to my nescafe along with my sweeteners and then put the last of my milk (I measure it out and use it out of my allowance through the day) in it. Its not amazing but it a nice change. Feels festive. LOL! I cant believe how close Thanksgiving is. And moreso...how soon my little one will be 4!! 3 Weeks yesterday! EEK!

Anyway. I really hope the scales are nice to me tomorrow morning :/ Pleasepleaseplease.

Morning!

Finally! a 2lb drop over night.... 243.0 YAY! A new lowest low. I think before this was 243.4 or .6 so almost half a pound lower. So now...no going out this week and no binges or cheats. Lets see if we can keep the losses going! SO excited. :)

Food for today:

Apple porridge x2

chilli

spag bol with a small salad

3x babybels

960 cals 77 carbs

So excited!
