Yeah.....this week I only lost a pound.....it's better than putting on a pound though.....I'm not drinking enough.....

Yes. I need to drink more too. Haven't been as focused on getting the 4 litres down. Maybe that's what we both need to focus on.

Another good day....I've dropped just under 11 stone....trying to drink a bit more.....how about you ?

That's really great. I'm on a plateau and have been stuck there for about 10 days. Not happy but doing my best to stay on course.
 
Any kind of loss would be good at this stage.

Unfortunately not. I've had a terrible day. Not drunk enough water either. Feeling really low. Still no change in the weight this morning.

But hopefully I'll get my act together tomorrow. I always seem to have a rubbish Monday for some reason.

Well the plan for tomorrow is to drink as much water as possible. I'm going to have at least 4 litres if possible. That should hopefully help. I'm also not going to have coffee in the morning and have it in the afternoon. See if that helps.

That sounds like a plan.......I am so not dynamic that I don't think anyone has noticed that I have less energy !

I don't know why but I just don't feel any impulse to cheat...maybe because I'm too hot and lethargic....What do you think works for you in terms of support ? Is there anything you need me to say or remind you of ?

Thanks lovely. I think I just need to get my head back in the game. Today has been much better than yesterday. I'm hoping by the end of the week that I will be drinking enough water and being 100% again. I just need to focus on this. Because the writing is going well, I'm not concentrating on the diet enough.

It has been a rough week for me. Even though I've not gone off ketosis I've gone up 2 whole pounds in weight since yesterday. Given that I'm not eating all that much calorie wise, I don't understand. A pound of weight is 3500 calories. There's no way on earth I ate 7000 calories yesterday.

Feeling really disheartened, so not going to fret about it and just start Slimming World or something next Monday if the weight doesn't shift by then. Don't know what's going on with my stupid body.
 
Oh dear........sorry that you are disheartened.....it does feel a bit cruel when you don't have a good loss.....the thing for me is that I can't do portion control and I eat impulsively and unconsciously so I'm not sure Ii have enough control to do slimmers world or weight watchers...
It's got to be whatever works for you......
