Step 1 Sole Source Began yesterday... journey of a desperate woman :)

Slimming World doesn't really do portion control. You just need to make sure 1/3 of your plate is filled with super free [fruit or veg] and the rest what they call free [pasta, meat, etc] but we'll see. I've got loads of Exante products at home - I might just give it a couple of days to rest - and start on 100% again. Maybe my body needs that. We'll see.

Yes I'm doing ok....have been to a Pilates class this morning and struggled whilst several older women gracefully executed the movements whilst I sweated and turned purple and forgot to breathe.......
Had my WI this morning and I am now 10 stone 11.6 pounds which I am pleased with.....1 stone 11.6 pounds to go.......I think I will do Slim and Save for another couple of months.......I need my matronly bosom to disappear........!
How are you feeling about the whole single source thing ? Is it getting any better ?

Well done you for going for class at least. I'm yet to start a serious exercise regime and follow through on it. And well done too on the weight loss. That's fantastic news.

Today's been good. Managing to be 100% after about a week of nibbles and meals and so on. Hopefully being off plan for a while will have tricked my body into thinking the starvation is over and it will now go back to losing weight.

I guess I just need to take things a day at a time and see how it goes. I have lost over a stone since I began this - it is just that the stall has put me off my stride, but hopefully I'm back on the journey now.
 
Hi everyone,

Didn't want to jinx myself but have been 100% since yesterday. Day one wasn't too bad, Day two has been a bit harder but still keeping strong and I've yet to have dinner - so that's a win for today too hopefully. I hope that coming back to being 100% after a while off will help me off the plateau I've been on for the past two weeks.

How are you all doing? Are you drinking enough water? Thankfully the heat is making that task more possible.

So, the good news is that I've now got two 100% days under my belt. Feel so good to be back on track after feeling low for so long. And, the even better news is that I've shifted a tiny bit off my plateau. So really pleased. Hope this means the scales will continue to move downwards again.

How are you all doing? Forever? Are you okay sweetheart?

So, more good news. I finally managed to zip up a size 14 skirt. Now I know that doesn't mean I can wear everything in size 14 yet without looking like a stuffed sausage, but it is such a thrill. Can't wait to get into size 14 skinny jeans when the weather gets a bit cooler. Feeling so much more optimistic after the two weeks of rubbishness.

Are you all drinking plenty of water?

Wish I could be in the zone to forget about food. Lucky you :) Glad you're doing so well though. Just finished my first 2 litres for the day. Must drink more too.
 
So, I was feeling a little inspired, so I just went and overhauled part of my wardrobe, and you know the most wonderful thing? I can wear size 14 everything. Even my skinny jeans. Woop woop - so excited - not been able to get into them since January 2010.

This is such fabulous news. I really must, must stay strong - the next goal to get is to leave the 12 stone zone behind for good. Only 6 1/2 lbs to go.

Hope you are all enjoying the rain today. I must admit it feels good to be cool and to have a nice breeze coming in through my study window. I hadn't realised how much the heat was getting to me until the gorgeous fresh morning greeted me. Enjoyed the thunder and lightening show as well.

Lucky you. All I had was an open window that didn't let in much breeze. Given that I grew up in Sri Lanka you'd think I could cope with the heat. Too many years in Europe have altered me though :)

I'm still off the wagon. Don't look at my diary. carries a health warning! Lots of excuses and no real reason for being off wagon. Next attempt to get back on wagon is Friday. New day 1 (again!)

I need you to stay 100% because that will motivate me. I'm going to go to gym as well as do CD. Need to 'dsd' do something different...

Dont like knowing weight, so staying off scales. Want to bypass 11s so not weighing until 2nd Aug!

I'm sorry. Not been 100% today. Had lots of chocolate. TOTM about to begin I think. Feeling really annoyed with myself. Will be better for the rest of the day though to try and minimise the horror of the mistake and be 100% tomorrow too.

I was beginning to freak out because I had ran out of my chocolate bars but thankfully they arrived today......phew....that could have got ugly...!
