Did my 10k run on 10 July and finished

1 hour 8 min 44 seconds haha, felt so good, and so glad I had signed up to do something or I know I wouldn't of kept it up! Already looking for my next one to keep me going!

Weight wise just had 2 weeks off work and eaten like there is no tomorrow but hey ho! Ready to start again, with the run and everything I have been so good, then I went wayhey I can eat and drink again lol!

Not going to do exante, really can't face it, so big well done to you guys that can xx
