Looks delish! I love cous cous I've had giant cous cous once before but it wasn't v nice might had to give it another try!
 
It was really good LJ and super easy to make. Tasted sort of more pasta like than cous cous.

Errr had a ridiculous evening fatty bom bom doesn't cover it

Usual lunch of veg & cottage cheese but have had: Chinese takeaway, kinder bueno white and Hagen daz! Oh dear!

Never mind not beating myself up it was tasty and although I am prob near 2000 if not over, I stopped when I was full and enjoyed every mouthful.

Chinese was:
Seasame prawn toast (lots)
Plain chow mein 3x spoonfuls
Egg fries rice 3x spoonfuls
2 x spoonfuls of:
Sweet sour chick Hong Kong style
Satay chicken
Beef & peppers in black bean sauce

Going for a long run tomorrow and a walk on the Heath in my new wellies. Going to try to stick to under 1500 tomorrow to counteract this evenings excess.
 
I had a Chinese last night sometimes it has to be done special fried rice and curry sauce with prawn toast mmmmm
 
Prawn toast is soo good but soo moreish!

Had a really tasty weekend so pretty ****- CCwise! But oh well, drawing a line and just getting on with it. Problem is, from now til January, I have some sort of event every single day!!!! That involve food and/or alcohol! Mon-Wed this week I have client lunches :( So today going to have as little as possible at lunch & no wine or 1 glass depending on whether the clients want to drink. I am having my hair done this evening so will get home mega late so will have a protein shake as my PHD diet stuff came at the weekend.

Its going to be hard to fit in exercise as well since lunch and after work is pretty much all booked out!! Will just have to squeeze gym in where I can . Still cannot get myself out of bed early enough to do the Shred before work. I really should because if I did it for 3 weeks before xmas that would prob really help. Lets see if I can force myself tomorrow!
 
sounds a fun time, just pick the best you can, you've got to live a little too, can be starving and miserable in January, December is party time ;-)

So I think yesterday was actually quite successful.

I had a butternut squash soup starter and a fillet of beef with root veg main, water (no wine!) and a few grapes. However the lovely client brought me a humungous box of home made shortbread!! plain and choc chip!!!!! I have been an absolute hero and only had 1 piece yesterday and looking forward to 1 piece at some point today. I'm sure everyone here will happily help me out with it!

Client lunch cancelled today so I have my usual pack lunch (plus a shortbread) and planning on making spagetti bolognese this evening with extra lean turkey mince but I am going to skip the pasta and have mine on top of some spinach instead.
Am going to try to get to the gym for a run this evening. Have been poor on the exercise front, but have been doing the ab machine every day so will do next pic on Friday/Saturday see if any difference 1 week on!!

Hope everyone is getting on well. Soooo busy busy busy luckily I do not have time to feel hungry!

i made an awesome millionaires shortbread not too long ago but was very saintly and had one piece and sent the rest off in a tupperware to hubbys work!! could eat a piece nowwww mmmm tea hurry up and cook!!!!!
 
Hi guys!!

I lost one pound - 135lbs this morning and it flickered on 134.8 :eek:

Hoorah!

Client lunch yesterday was homemade cottage pie, carrots and then homemade lemon meruinge pie YUMMMM

Then I got home and had a protein shake for dinner but I also picked on loads of bits like left over turkey bolognese, a lindt choc ball and some haagen daz! Naughty naughty!

No meetings today HURRAH so normal snackbox with cottage cheese and am thinking of making stuff peppers for dinner with rice, cheese, spinach etc all inside.

Thanks Cas- feeling positive! Although I am convinced the scales have started moving because I have sacked in the gym which isn't good. But will be back on a mission in Jan one the diary (and wallet ) is empty.

Hope you are having a good day. Can't believe its nearly Friday already WHERE are the weeks going ?? eeek

The pepper has inside it:
Tuna
Chopped mushrooms
Diced courgettes
Spring onions
Reduced fat cheddar (grated)

Baked in the oven for 30mins ish.

Served with spinach, rocket and a bit of jasmine rice :)
