My stuffed pepper - so delicious!!!

The pepper has inside it:
Tuna
Chopped mushrooms
Diced courgettes
Spring onions
Reduced fat cheddar (grated)

Baked in the oven for 30mins ish.

Served with spinach, rocket and a bit of jasmine rice :)

Ugh in a realllly bad mood.

Had a ridiculous weekend foodwise, at least 2000 saturday and near enough that yesterday also. So wouldn't be suprised if I gained this week because it is now ridiculously busy til Christmas, I am out every single evening this week :( can't be bothered and I am soooooo tired. Moan moan moan.

Things got better, had a low low day ie just a few cucumber and pepper slices and tea all day. Then met some old colleagues for a few glasses of wine and then we had a "fancy" chinese so actually not that big portions and not very greasy. So I am hoping I was around 1500 for the day.

Today I have client lunch at Gaucho, planning on having steak with spinach or maybe the ceviche sampler if I am not starving as I usually get ill from the steak as I never eat red meat usually. Then this evening have a v exciting secret event to go to which will be AWESOME but probably a late night which isn't ideal. I will try not to drink although I imagine it will be free bar and canapes. We'll see! :D

Gosh bad Monday blues evidently!!

Things got better, had a low low day ie just a few cucumber and pepper slices and tea all day. Then met some old colleagues for a few glasses of wine and then we had a "fancy" chinese so actually not that big portions and not very greasy. So I am hoping I was around 1500 for the day.

Sounds brill I'm very partial to a glass of champers and a canapé! Wish my job was as glam!!
 
I am down to 134.2 so almost another pound off this week! Have had the most ridiculous week work-wise just insanely busy with stuff going on every lunch and evening as well. I have barely seen my bf for more than 5mins and literally haven't sat on my sofa since the weekend! Hoping tonight I will be able to get home at a reasonable hour and get an early night. I am shattered!
 
Urgghhhhhhhhhhhh feel horrific! Currently semi-napping at desk and downing cup after cup of tea. Thank GOD this week is over. I am shattered. Have had WAY too much drink and WAY too little sleep :(

Yesterday was definitely 1700-2000 calories (can't be certain with restaurant food so better to over estimate and copious amounts of alcohol)

Just need to get through today then can go home, get in pjs and relax.

Would give my right arm for an M&S bacon roll (or three) right now, however I am staying strong with my tea and having an EAT french onion soup for lunch (162 calories) and want to stay sub 1000 today if at all possible to try and counter the weeks excesses a bit.

I am going to try and make myself go for a run tomorrow morning as I haven't been in weeks!!! (awful) Then I am having a Christmas meal with some girlfriends but will def be swerving the wine the entire weekend. Actually next week isn't looking as busy at the moment so hopefully can have a more tame week food-wise in the run up to Christmas.

I have a carol concert this evening and dinner afterward so eating v low all through the day but will try to make sensible choices, probably a fish dish. Not sure where we are going so can't plan ahead.

I am soooooooo flipping tired I can barely drag myself out of bed in the mornings at the moment. Few more days til I have 3 lie ins HURRAH I am going down to my parents on Saturday mornning then back to London on Boxing Day. Can't wait to relax, walk in the country, eat scrumptious food and drink wine. YES YES YES

The carol concert was great, Emelie Sande sang -she was amazing. So now feeling very festive, albeit absolutely KNACKERED. Nearly the weekend which means 5 days off!

I had two starters for dinner which I was proud of and was still really full and didn't even finish the goats cheese. I do feel bad as I haven't exercised pretty much ALL MONTH! I think its actually made the scales move a lot faster but as toning is my #1 priority now, January is going to back to the routine.

We didn't get in til about 1.30 last night so really tired this morning. Ideally I need to nip to Selfridges this eve for a couple of last presents but I am debating just going straight home will see what time I can finish!

I have just had a mini mince pie for breaky with a cup of tea so 100 calories probably. We go for lunch/dinner at 3pm but may just have a starter as I need to get away at 5.30 to go home change and get to bf's family xmas party. Rush rush rush. I have booked for a blow dry just before lunch, want a bridget bardot kind of thing, volume at the crown then loose waves. I hope they do it ok, I am mega fussy and won't have time to wash it out if I hate it!! EEK! Will just have to be v clear about what I want and keep a hawk eye as they go. Worst thing is when they put loads of product in, hate that feeling!! I think I will wear quite a plain outfit tonight, black lace top from oasis, black skinny jeans or leather look ones (these are a bit baggy now so maybe not :() and new festive heels I got from Aldo in the sale. Red lipstick.

Right, now just need to attempt to finish the humungous pile of work on my desk by 1.30pm :eek:
 
Ok so weighed today as its Thursday- 135.4 so 2lbs up on last week :eek:
Not too worried though as feeling very motivated am back at work so it pretty much feels like the festivities are over now and I am up for an uber healthy start to 2013 :D

Christmas was lovely so nice to be back with family, just wish I had a little longer off but nevermind! Foodwise I enjoyed everything and didn't count just ate what I wanted and left what I didn't :) Also I went for a 5km run with my dad on Christmas eve AND on Christmas day! Hopefully will get back to where I was in a couple of weeks time and can continue downward from there !
 
SO yesterday started well with a cup of tea and multi vit, then a Carluccios Tuna Nicoise for lunch (498 calories) was meant to only have water but ended up having 1.5 glasses of white wine. Almost looking forward to TTotal Jan!
Then I felt pleasantly full all day and was going to skip dinner and just have a protein shake but then I was faffing about cleaning the flat and my bf came over and suggested we stay at his parents that night. Got there late and they had loads of yummy xmas food left and by that time I was peckish, if I had just gone to bed at home I would have avoided : a christmas ham sandwich (only 1 small slice of bread used but tons of ham!) and lots of different chocolate nibbles plus a mini mince pie! Decided to keep to MFP anyway as I haven't logged since 22nd Dec, it had me at 1348 but I reckon it may have been nearer 1500. Oh well! No lunch plans today so I will get fruit or veg from Tesco. Now I am back at work I almost want to get NYE over and done with and hit 2013 running!!:D
