Oh didn't know your OH was RAF. My fella is training as a pilot - but luckily commercial so I'll never have to wave him off for two long, but he did consider the RAF (except he's off to new Zealand to finish his training for 6 months!)

Blanky, tea and hugs off my mum - doesn't get much better :) x

B: hexa cheese omelette

L: cauliflower and marjoram soup

D: 2 x quorn sausages, chicken, wine and garlic pasta n sauce (1 syn) w/ broccoli, peas and sweetcorn

S: hexb fibre plus bar

Feel really bloated and yucky today - thought I must have eaten loads, but looking at it written down, it wasn't really much at all. Must just be me feeling sorry for myself. Blo*dy hormones!!

I'll have to be a good girl till weds now but go me for not having a drink!! It's the first curry out I've had since doing slimming world and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Counting the syns and moving on!

Dunno whether to just stick to 3 syns now... Which I could do 'cos I can eat free food and not feel deprived.. Or whether to let myself have more and go past 70.. I've been trying to restrict myself to 70 instead of 105 cos I only have another stone or so to lose.. I dunno..

That curry sounds flipping gorgeous - just what I would have ordered :eating:

You can still 'aim' for 3 syns a day hun ... with the flexibility to go over if you need. No boozy nights planned? Go you!

I've printed out a copy of my most successful week and I've pinned it to the fridge ... I notice I had 84 syns that week and lost 3 lbs :)

I have 3 syns left to weds.. Not every day :( even worse than you thought! Didn't have a single one today though and I ate really well.. So I'm not that bothered tbh :/ we'll see how it goes!

Maybe I'll lose three pounds this week! Lol!! Even the thought makes me laugh - I'd pick a good week if I'd had one :( must try harder!! Well done you there though, good motivation for yourself too!!

D: quorn sausage pasta bake (+just over one hexa cheddar) mange tout

(not drunk anywhere near enough today - feel so bloated 'cos of * week and I know drinking loads is the best thing to do but can't face it!)

Eaten so much today but needed the energy, I'm just sooo drained :(

Well you've chosen a good new best friend there ... lots of good things to be said about Melon :)

We are chillin' this week ... outlaws are coming to stay tomorrow (just one night) so need to tidy up today ;)

I did have 2 weeks off booked but I've been called for Jury Service :eek: so next week I'll have that. If Jury Service don't need me the following week I'll go into work.

Going down Wales to see Mam next weekend (Easter) :D

You're not wrong about taking a melon to Wales though hun! Mam is SO not into diet food!! I'll need every weapon in the armoury to fight off the temptation of her very fattening food!!

Love her to bits though :D

That's what mum's are for I think.. Temptation gets easier to resist when you want to lose though I suppose.. My mun's always trying to feed me cake.. I don't even really like cake!!

My handbag weaponry includes chopped melon, hexa babybells and hexb fibre plus bars (which are actually tastier with a cup of coffee then any biscuit (bar shortbread) I ever had!) and theres usually an apple rolling about in there too.. the OH thinks I'm a nutter fo having food in my handbag, he calls me a squirrel, but better to be prepared I always think :)

What are these fibre plus bars I keep seeing mentioned? Are they the Kelloggs ones??
 
You're as bad as him! It might be a shopping basket but it's stopped me eating multipacks of crisps :)

Yeah the kelloggs ones in the purple box.. Soo chocolately and not *windy* like the alpens, much tastier too - naughty but nice way to use a hexb!

(made OH drive me to tesco on the way home from pub so I could buy more melon - think the world might run out at this rate!)
