I thought you might be feeling like that, which is why I asked ;) Gotta try and keep you on the straight and narrow :D

I'm feeling a bit like you but what's the alternative hun? As a 'diet' it's not too bad ... I'm eating all 'normal' food and the weight is coming off slowly ... it's got to be better than the alternative! I'm not putting on weight again :mad:

What changes have you made since pre-SW?? Mine are mostly no sarnie & crisps at lunch-time, less fattening sauces (curry etc) and less booze.

Hopefully your golden few days will pay off this week ... I've got EVERYTHING crossed for you ;)

Less booze, less picking, no bread really.. And my worst habit less taking food up to bed to watch a film or whatever..

Just feeling a bit disillusioned, I know it's better than anything else and I'm glad I'm not gaining but just wish I could kick mysel up the bum :/ but that's what you're here for!

B: 1/2 a melon w/ 1/2 a muller light

L: baked potato, beans and salad

S: hexb fibre plus bar

D: pasta bolognaise w/ broccoli, green beans and hexa cheddar

S: melon and hexb fibre plus bar if I get hungry later..

Thought I'd take pics so I can ask what everyone reckons about portion size - do you reckon they're ok? X

The good thing about adding veg or salad to your plate is it really does decrease the amount of carbs & protein you can fit on a plate.

Did your portions used to be bigger? Or just like this? Cos if they have always been like this then I am in trouble! ;)

My lunch would probably have been slightly bigger and I wouldn't have had as much veg with my bolognaise I suppose.. I've always eaten quite big portions, but today's definitely weren't small!!

Did you have a sneaky peek yesterday? Any clue that you were gonna have a good one??

When I peaked yesterday the scales said a pound.. So 3 was a complete suprise :)

Get some melon!! Guess what was for breakfast? Lol x
