B: hexb wholemeal toast w/ lcl (part hexa) and 2 x 'fried' eggs

L: mild cheese and broccoli pasta and sauce (1/2 syn)

S: hexa cheddar w/ a chopped up apple
Vegetable soup

D: quorn peppered 'chicken' fillet w/ wedges and beans

Still have a hexb and the rest of my hexa so thinking I might have some ryvita w/ the rest of my lcl and some sliced tomato but I feel like I've done nothing but eat!! Been hungry all day!!

I was hungry yesterday too ... must be something in the air!

I haven't managed to go home for lunch today so I'm sat at my desk eating ryvita and a cuppa soup ... tell you what ... I ain't synning it either! I'll have a red day and pretend it's a Mugshot - if they can be free then so can my measly little cuppa soup!

I just don't understand the sw mentality when it comes to stuff like that.. If a mugshot is free and has more calories and minus the noodles pretty much the same ingredients how can it be so heavily synned! Suppose it's less filling, but still?!

Sorry you've been stuck at your desk all day - there's no fun in that! But it is only hours away from weekend (even if I am working this weekend!)

I did the completely wrong thing by weighing on Monday morning - every week since I started this malarky I weigh more on Monday morning ... and still I go and do it! Only to get all miserable!!

Anyway, I know I've been a good girl and if the scales choose to reward me with a good result on Thursday then woo hoo!

I can't imagine NOT following the SW principles now TBH so bring it on! Or should that be "get it off"??
 
I said that to my mate today - when I'm cooking for myself then I'll always cook this way..

It doesn't feel like a diet at all..

Glad you're feeling better, I'm apprehensive about stepping on those scales tomorrow but what will be will be..

Well apparently I now weight 3lbs heavier than I did last time I weighed :( which is depressing to say the least!! I'm so annoyed that I'm just messing about with the same 3lbs when I still have a stone at least to lose to be under 10 where I wanna be!

I really feel like I actually don't deserve it! I've had gains where I've known where I went wrong and yes I had like 50 syns at the weekend but I didn't have any others!! Even if I hadn't lost I certainly did not deserve a 3lb gain :( x

It is so easy to become disheartened but I truly believe this is just a blip, possibly hormonal related?? You know how I can put on 2lbs mid-month??

Well I'm a bit worried that it might be pill related, it's more convenient for me to take 2 packs back to back this month instead of a week break (which should be this weekend onwards) if I'm this heavy now, what will I be like when I've skipped a * week!!

I'll stick at it - but it's disheartening to say the least! X

B: beans on hexb toast

L: Greek salad (was out, asked for no dressing but will count my other 3 hexs for the feta)

Sn: hm veg soup (a ladle full)

D: 2 helpings of spaghetti bolognaise

Sn: another ladle full of veg soup

Feel like I've definitely eaten too much today but I did do 30 lengths and I think after my scale disappointment this morning I needed to remind myself why I can do this diet! (being able to eat like a normal person!)

No syns!

Started the day with a cup of coffee and then decided on a quick go on the treadmill before I showered and ate.. 2.5 miles and -300 calories later here I am.. 3 days in a row I've done exercise. :)

When I've showered and dressed a late breakfast will be a 2 egg hexa cheese omelette

L: veggie soup w/ hexb ryvita and hexa laughing cow

D: quorn lamb style grills w/ wedges beans and corn I think..
