If I got a loss I'll be chuffed, don't think I deserve one after my cheeky weekend with too much wine :) but I will have done two exercise classes so maybe I'll scrape a STS.. :/ xx

I think you'll get a bit of a loss actually - your eats have been spot on.

Plus you are doing much more exercise which at least will tone your wobbly bits! :character00116:

My wobbly bits need banishing desperately! Bit of yoga tonight then swimming on Friday. Having a naughty day tomorrow - but have no plans for weekend so I'll just do my usual syn blow out! Lol x
 
11.1 - 2lbs off, I was not expecting and do not deserve that! Especially as I've got a naughty day today - one meal and alcohol! But apart from maybe one or two drinks on Saturday evening nothing else really planned till next weekend so hoping I can compensate!

L: goats cheese and pesto open sandwich with chips and onion rings (whoops! Told you today would be naughty!) 5 x woo woos (dread to think of the syns) and 1/2 a toffee nut Starbucks latte.

D: mild cheese and broccoli pasta and sauce with sweetcorn stirred through

2 x glassed of the vino tinto and some kettle chips..

I really was very naughty!! Whoops!!
Tomorrow is a new (synfree!) day! X

Brunch: beans on hexb toast with hexa cheese

Late lunch: will be ff super noodles

Dinner: quorn peppered steak with sw wedges and 2 mini corn on the cob

Then off to an bonfire - so I'll end up having a couple of drinks I think but I'll try my hardest to be angelic good wise and not succumb to a hotdog! X

Oh dear!! Max surprised me with a dinner in one of our fave little country pubs and so the diet went to pot a little bit.. I had bruschetta and a lamb Henry with mashed potato, veg and mint gravy!! Yikes!
Then 2 glasses of red wine and a budweiser.. X

B: hexb toast with scrambled eggs and beans

L: (we'll just say whoops!) chicken salad sandwhich on wholemeal (but it had Mayo and butter!) a chicken leg (no skin) and half a lemon muffin.. Why do I even do this to myself!! Lol.. It was tasty though

D: very sw friendly veg and quorn egg 'Fried' rice

An actual thing! I'm assured it's a shank from the shoulder instead of the hip..

I can't believe I had 2 meals off plan in such spectacular fashion - I did have a great weekend though :)

D: mushy pea curry w/ quorn pieces, rice and sw chips.. Eating v. Early because I'm so busy/hungry tonight and stopped half way through to sing it's praises! I was v. dubious especially before whizzing but it's delicious!! Like curry sauce from the chippy!!
