Oh God I really need to sort myself out! New day! New start! Decided I'll give myself 15 syns a day till Thursday to ease myself in and so I don't feel deprived - probably won't use them (apart from tonight)..

Miss ya more! I'm doing ok, feeling back in the zone at the moment! And I'm in work Friday and Saturday night so no copious alcohol and hungover fast food the next day!!

D: veggie curry (onion, potato, peppers, aubergine, courgette, cauliflower and chickpeas) with basmati rice

Sn: banana (I'm a one woman eating machine tonight! If only I could be like Ali!!)

B: hexb toast with two 'fried' eggs

L: mild cheese and broccoli pasta 'n' sauce with a quorn peppered steak

Working this evening so it's throwing me all out, if I'm hungry before work I'll have some low fat supernoodles.. (I did)

I'm taking Cous Cous and chickpea salad (hexa feta), banana and 2 clementines..

The scales say 11.3 and so 2 on :'( I'm hoping it's lady bloat! Otherwise I am just beyond disappointed!! I know I was a bit cheeky at the start of the week but I expected a STS I've been golden for most of it :( ah well! Onwards and downwards. So determined to stay on plan even though I'm mad busy that I got in from work last night at 1 and made some Cous Cous for this morning, got up at 6.30 and finished the salad! Dedication!! Lol. X

Urgh! I never lose weight when I'm busy and stressed, even when I'm golden.. I'll aim for half a stone next week.. Reckon it's realistic? Lol.. X

Oh dear.. Well he took me to my favourite tea shop (where I exercised some self-control) but then come 8pm we ended up in an Italian near us where I proceeded to eat bruschetta and lasagne.. And drink 2 glasses of wine! Bad Beth!! X
