Just realised I have my third rep star! Woohoo me!!

Lovely walk in after walk tonight, so warm and lovely to walk in that sort of weather. If only all exercise was that nice.

Off to the gym after work tomorrow and then again on Friday. That way we get the weekend free.

So, last day of work before nice long weekend off. Looks like it's going to be lovely weather too. Gym after work tonight then relax!! Going for a lovely walk tomorrow with hubby to make the most of the weather and of course, the extra exercise is a bonus. Will be walking in across our promenade and then up to our favourite gallery cafe for a lovely coffee, then a mooch around town to see what's open. Nice and relaxing, lovely.

My bosses are away for a week so nice and relaxed at work too!

Week 6 weigh in and another 5lbs gone!! Think I've been extra active this week so that will be why. That's 2st 1lb in 6 weeks. Very, very pleased with that.

Had a lovely weekend. Lovely weather except for friday afternoon when it poured down! Apart from that we've done lots of walking, lots of shopping for holiday and lots of relaxing, had a lovely time off. Only 3 working days this week and then another lovely long weekend off. Hope the weather's good again.

Hope everyone had a great bank holiday weekend and had lovely weather too. Here's to week 7.

Had a lovely walk in last night after work. The weather was lovely, nice and warm. Love days like that.

Walking in again tonight and then badminton tomorrow night. Had a 2 week break cos of school holidays so looking forward to going back to it. Going gym on friday morning early to get home in time for the wedding.

Hope we have some good weather this weekend cos me and hubby plan on doing some more walking.

Last day of work today for 4 days, lovely. Not much going on here so shouldn't be very busy today either. Off to badminton later and then gym early tomorrow. Hope the weather's OK this weekend cos I want to do some more walking.

I will be watching tomorrow. Hubby's not bothered at all, just glad for the day off work. I really hope they have good weather, that would really make it wouldn't it!

That's really why I'm going gym early tomorrow, so I will be back in plenty of time to watch the wedding.
