Here we go again!
Went badminton last night and it was really good. Had loads of games and was happy with how I played.
Went gym this morning and home in plenty of time to watch the wedding. What a lovely bride she was. Absolutely beautiful. Great occasion.
Weekend off exercise but may go out and do some walking if the weather holds out. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Glad you enjoyed your badminton
I thoroughly enjoyed the wedding too. I think they're a lovely couple, genuinely in love (loved the way they were holding hands in the Landau - that could only be seen from the overhead shot so it certainly wasn't for 'show'). I think the occasion was symbolic in many ways, not least as hope for the future.
I also got a MOUNTAIN of ironing done in the run up and aftermath - some achievement for me! xx

How bad was the rain this morning Bev!!! It was horrendous at the caravan park - me and stevie had to sleep in the awning (blow up bed) and the rain was that hard hitting the awning it woke us both up! lol

Here we go again!
Week 7 weigh in and lost 1lb. Not the best result but with last week's bigger loss, still very happy with it. 30lbs gone now! Feel so much better and can definitely see such a difference now.
Had a lovely long weekend off. Weather not very good but that doesn't matter. Went to a bbq at my brother's on sunday, it was my niece's 6th birthday. Had a great afternoon, even though I didn't eat anything (except my bar). My daughter was 21 yesterday. Good to see her yesterday too. She's missing her fiance who is in america with the forces at the mo. Bless her.

Here we go again!
Walked in from work last night and was so cold! Brought my gloves with me today just in case. Sure it's just ketosis but I am so cold all the time!
Ordered my last bumper pack of exante on monday. After that's gone I will be ordering some individual bars and shakes to see me through the 2 weeks before holiday. I think that's how it's going to work or I may need to order 1 last bumper pack. Not sure yet.
I have about 6.5 weeks left on exante now. I want to be off it and refeeding for at least 1.5 weeks before holiday at end of June. I may even get some LT maintenance products for that. Saw the lady at my pharmacists where I get it this weekend so she should be OK about that. Will find out in the next few weeks.

Really looking forward to eating again too. Got to stay in control this time though.
I go to the gym twice a week now and play badminton for over 2 hours in a session too and I feel fine on TFR doing it. My stomach did feel very, very empty last week at badminton, almost as though it was going inwards somehow! Strange but after a sit down I felt fine again. I think you just have to listen to your body and slow down if needs be.
Really looking forward to eating again too. Got to stay in control this time though.

Pharmacies have no business refusing ANYBODY maintenance products. They're available from LT themselves online with no restrictions. They send free samples out to anyone who wants them (unless you're in Ireland) so anyone can have them.
I've bought them from 3 seperate chemists in the past. I'm sure you'll have no bother xx

I shouldn't have any problems getting LT maintenance products from the lady at my pharmacist anyway. She was always so helpful and would encourage me to have them. Might get some for before holiday.
Still grey and dull down here again. Meant to be brightening up later though. I heard that it's going to be hotter here this weekend than the Med! That will be nice.
Off to badminton later for another sweat session. I can now fit into my club shirt again! Really pleased. Could have worn it before but it was too tight on the belly. Now it fits great!
Youngest daughter all upset yesterday, her boyfriend finished with her. Seems he cheated on her this weekend at a party. I'm so glad I'm not young anymore and having to go through what they do. Her friends are rallying around so she should be fine. Hate seeing your kids upset though don't you.
