Tyn - loving the video hun! Like the others said you're pretty cute! I love your dancing and your friends French accent doing his impression of the candlestick whose name I can't remember!
As for the music for most gay guys I know its cheese all the way... and oh the nights I've spent drunkenly dancing to Spice Girls, Kylie, Steps and Madonna down Canal Street in Manchester. (when I lived in good old Salford). Good times.

Lol, those blokes are Martin (the guy who holds the Camera and talks into it) Willhelm (The guy i am dancing with) Lil Will (the red head skinny one) Lewis (the hot one who is camera shy) and me! the loud one. lol
That night started as me and Martin around his, drinking wine and listening to SadFM for the over 30s (Even tho we are in our 20s..) and then Willhelm turned up, then Lil will and lewis showed up after we where drunk lol. Fun night!!

Yeah, I hate yoghurt...unfortunatly... the low fat ice cream seems ok. I used the 50% less fat elmlea and it is only 1 syn per tablespoon, and I only used 2 syns today...so I thought I would have a treat. I dont normally have cream but OH has it in for soups and things is he needs it.
I can use the yoghurt for cooking purposes but I really don't like it. I can just able handle a muller light at a push, but I am just not a yogurt girl...or rather a youghurt as they say back home pronouced....yo-gert. not yog-ert...hahaha but thanks for the tip.

silence...yeah I used to live in Sale.....I loved canal street. I used to work on portland street about 2 blocks from cancal street and sometimes we would all go to dinner in china town and then out to cancal street for a laugh....great times....I should have remembered about the bad taste in music...but you know...my memory must be going at my old age...LOL
still hungry for some reason today....so I had a small banana...and now I am drinking a fanta zero....mad I haven't had a soda in a very long time...I forget what it is like to drink fizzy stuff. hahaha...to much water I think.
tyn, well you're mates are lovely...I am glad you have them. Most of my mates are in the states...and I know when I go home I have a great time just going out and have a few drinks and dancing. But we are normally dancing to country music....hahaha....no video's thank goodness though. Now, I feel to old to go out and do silly things...but when I go out down to london to see my mate kamila, we always have a laugh...we go out...meet loads of new people...and I will talk to just about anyone who is nice....and then next thing you know we are in salsa clubs dancing our bums off...singing along in spanish....surrounded by 10-15 new aquaintences. Funny thing is...every time I go...those same people are there...and poof it's a group thing again....I love it....then off to different clubs till about 7am...then taxi back and sleep sleep sleep!! hahaha Looking foward to going again in the next month or so. ( depending on whether I take the course this year or not).

oh btw....I contact the skinny cow company to ask when they were goiing to be selling the good stuff over here...and well...they said they are trying to...so maybe we will get some of the american stuff over here soon. Actually, the place I get my american stuff from is going to be selling frozen stuff too...so MAYBE they will start to sell the american skinny cow stuff.....I must check on that.

well he certainly hasn't made an appearance here!! it's another gloomy day in not so sunny leeds 
i had my chicken last night, woo. it was scrummy. i didn't have very much either. i got full after i had four chicken legs (i bought a chicken and got two extra legs because they are my favourite bit... not a four legged chicken...) and then didn't want the rest of the chicken, ha. so oh made it up into some uber sandwiches today, ha. meant i was late for work but hey. so i think i might just stick to buying four chicken legs in the future. thing is i think it works out more expensive that way.... i will have to check it out. i am going to record a 2lb weight loss for last week and hope i catch up with myself this week...

hey everyone...day's started badly with the boss today lol, oops. he asked me what i thought of the meeting we had yesterday, which is knd of annoying since he was there and could clearly HEAR what i was saying. So i just said, "i'm not sure what you want me to say, i said what i thought yesterday in the meeting". not sure he's too impressed but i care not, i woke up on the wrong side of bed and i'm allowed to have a bad day. my shoulder was frozen when i woke up this mornin so i'd obviously slept on it badly, grrrr. anyway, weighed today, thankfully im back down to 14 nothing, and i still need to go to the toilet (lol) so im hopeful for friday. If i can get back down to 13st 13lbs ill be happy. and i POINT BLANK REFUSE to go back up to 14st when i go down this time.
on another note i watched the history boys last night and i absolutely LOVED it and seem to have got a crush on Jaime Parker lol. I love Alan Bennett's writing, he always seems to make me feel nostalgic, even though my experience was entirely different to those in his plays and films. Well...almost entirely.
