Sometimes I have pizza and wedges cooked in the oven no added fat. I don't have loads but plump it up with a huge salad. It OK. The rice thing sounds good though - again not too much cos you're not gonna get rid of too much carb this time of day unless you're going to the gym or on a run in those red shoes

i do everything in the red shoes lol... tyn, i think the winners of the strangest accent/dialect are definitely the geordies. i walked past a group in cyprus last yr and at first i didnt even recognise what they were speaking as being english, never mind coming close to understanding it!! lol xxx
