Morning all, it's wednesday again so that means busy day for the Tazmeister! I have WI in 2 hours (which isn't going to contain much to report) followed by the gym then home for a few hours and training tonight.

Yea - it was very scarey - she saw my face after she had peeled the leather off the arm and said "I will put it back together - honest". She just really knew what she was doing. It's real skill to be able to go into someone's home with a limited knowledge of what the furniture looks like and assess the situation and make such a big difference in 2.5 hours. I couldn't even tell them what make the sofa was. She said she was surprised more people didn't have sofas repaired as there was very little that couldn't be done. Very clever lady x

I don't think I will. I started the week quite well then caved on Friday night with all the bad food around! And I had 15 Syns in Red bull alone!

Well in the last 15 minutes my vision has been a bit disturbed. I have just had to eat a mini fudge hoping it it just blood sugar causing the disturbance. At first I thought it was the sun coming in through the curtain so I closed the curtain but it's still the same. Grrrrr I had 3 Syns BEFORE WI!!!!

WOW, I don't see how she can do that and make a profit out of £79 Gem.

It is a company she works for and they usually do insurance claims but you can get paid repairs and it is just one call out fee for the work that needs doing. If for some reason there is nothing they can do you still have to pay £45 for the call out but that is apparently very rare. You pay up front and it is all very efficient. They book you out a max. 2.5 hours to start (or 1.5 if it's likely to be a quick job) and if more time is needed you book from there. I am TOTALLY impressed - I'm sure you could never get anyone to do all that work for that amount of money normally x

Yes Jim, it's a lot just on drinks! Then add the slice of pizza (11 Syns), crisps (6.5 syns) and a few sweets, it was a very Synful night!

We were the smallest call centre and we took £91k!

Thanks Jim, I only took £835 of that! There were some really high pledges though so it was a great night!

WI was good, I lost half lb
