Ok, i am getting worried about something.

I think i am not making the correct move by not taking a 'diet plan' i know its only my first week, and i will wait until next week to make my choice, but i am really giving alot of thought to looking into the cambridge Diet and the lighter Life stuff. I know little to nothing about them, and the only factor would be cost and the location of the meetings.

I dunno what to do! I don't think the WW style diet is going to work for me, i have been 'eating less' for about 2 weeks so far before i joined here, and i don't feel much different really. I know its still early, but i really want this time to be it.

I dunno what to do!!

The thing is eating less isnt necessarily the way to go. With WW you get a clear allowance of points and how you use them is up to you. Not using all your points can end up ruining your wi results, oddly enough not eating enough is just as bad for your diet as eating too much.

It could be in cutting down but not following a structured diet youre not eating enough.

CD is fab for a quick weight loss but if you want the luxury ;) of being able to eat LOADS and still lose weight Id try WW or SW

You've cut down, thats a start! I found the usual 'meetings' diets were too slow for me, so i always cheated and gave up after a few weeks, this one though, My God, it's so fast!!! love it, only wish I'd started sooner.

Hey Monsoon,

Can i pick your brain about your diet? (Not sure which your on! lol)
Is the 'no real food' thing hard? I would be worried about the snacking more than anything lol.

Is it costly? How'd you feel after being on it for so long? Do they really work? Your not some sales rep in disguise or something? lol I am really starting to get angsty over it all! Don't know which way to turn! argh.
