Nee, it could be any reason for no weight loss, but as a few of us can testify, someitmes a week of no loss is followed by a week of a lot of loss, so do not reach for the chocolate/crisp/ biscuit tin and keep going. Keep your happy can do attitude going. and don't regret the cheesecakes.

My WI is tomorrow but I am not at all confident as very bad food choices were made last week when away with young ppl. I am so bad at dealing with things out of my routine.
But I am determined to let that be it, and today think "slim".
My goal is November, and so I keep telling myself it is about being healthy and balanced, rather than just weight loss.
I am determined not to let myself start bashing me- I'm so fat/ stupid/ lazy but instead concentrate on feeling healthy, committed to running, and keeping socialising and having fun when i need to. It may take me longer to get there, but if i can stay there when i do, rather then putting it all back on, it'll be worth it.
There are many things out of my control, including if I will be redundant in June, so I want to concentrate on what i can, and leave the rest in the hands of God. I am determined today will be a good day.
