Well it's been a while since I've logged on here. Exams are finally finished and I can start to get back on track. Downloaded the zombies run c25k app yesterday and I'm going to start it tonight. Should be fun but kinda scary too. I'm a total gamer so it should be right up my street. Onwards and downwards - weightwise.
