BinkyBonk needs to lose weight...

I have only ever seen it once :) one of the very few I have seen.
I find the walking challenge strange - a couple have fitbits and but most have a basic step counter. Funilly enough the day I did 30,000 steps I did take a photo of it plus the cals used and kms walked in case they thought I have sat shaking the pedometer.

Liked that Systema! Is the Leslie walking the one I have on my favourites bar that I have never done? It is 3 fast miles. Just love to walk outside while the weather is still so nice. Binky your jeans fitting, I am so envious but am now on a roll. Great stuff. Hugs.

There are lots of them on youtube starting at 1 mile going up to 5 and some 20 minute toning so you can take your pick where you start. Just google Leslie Sansone - youtube walkiing.

At least you have your proof :) maybe ask how they will be verifying it? X

Goodness knows why it is on youtube in 2 parts but I put them together on a DVD so I don't have to stop in the middle. It is walking with lots of lunges in them - I do it before the 3 mile one sometimes or do it when I have 20 mins to spare when I am waiting for dinner to cook.
There is also an Intermediate one but I have never watched it so don't know what is on it.

Edit to say - this is the Advanced Tone

Thank you I will have a look tonight x

Enjoy your lunch (and the walk) :)

We will be on the way out as soon as the men's cycling finishes.

Yes we did have a walk and when we were walking I was talking about wanting the Leslie Sansone 5 mile walk with out all the bands etc I had seen on Amazon at about £20  so my OH said he would get in touch with our son who is an IT geek and within an hour they came up with it - looks great - no messing about with the bands and stretch things but I will let you know in a couple of days what it is like. If it is OK I would be quite happy to post a copy to you unless you are able to find it on the net.

Stayed home to watch our adopted Welsh cyclist win the Gold at the Games - we are great cyclist fans - OH and son were in Yorkshire and Cambridge for the start of Tour de France a couple of weeks ago.

Glad you had a nice walk, I just replied on your thread about five mile one x

Ooo bet you enjoyed that then x

Binks you're doing so well! You never seem to have a blip - unlike me!! LOL - massive beers on Saturday!

When's weigh in ? You're going to hit BMI and 1 stone this week I think :)

Good Luck with the driving lesson - I gave up driving years ago and let the bus driver or OH do it now.:)

I am still having too many unhealthy snacks I think, but I discovered coconut pieces yesterday and they were really tasty, so think I need to use my calories on things like that, then I will get as small as you :)

I weighed today and have stayed the same this week, I am not too worried as I have been feeling run down, hope to lose some next week though x

I have been learning for months, I drive well, I just don't enjoy it so not very confident at it, I would give up but I need it to get the job I want and it would be more convenient as I wouldn't have to rely on the bf x
