BinkyBonk needs to lose weight...

Alright , just watching a film called "the memory keeper" or something like that, about a woman that has twins and one of them has Down syndrome , the father tells her that the child died but really she was given to someone else. As you can imagine it's pretty sad :( xx

Just getting caught up on your diary - glad to hear your mum is on the mend and even noticed your weight loss so far :D. How far along is your sister now? :)

I wouldn't worry so much about a stay the same, like you say - you've been feeling a bit off this week. Food is still looking fab though. Just gotta push past this blip and get on with it. Rooting for a good loss for you next week! :D.

Oh, and I am the opposite of you - I am a total morning person! It irritates Calum cause he takes aaages to wake up/function properly in the mornings and I am literally just totally alert and ready to go from the minute I open my eyes haha. xx

Thank you, i know it was lovely she noticed as I hadn't mentioned trying to lose weight to her :) my sister is 23 weeks :)

Ahhh I hate mornings so much, my old work colleagues used to ask each other if I had had my cup of tea before they approached me with a question lol x

My bf is the complete opposite (like you) he is always awake at silly o'clock and can still go to bed at midnight, he finds it amazing that I can sleep so much and still want more sleep he he :)
 
I have done my new 5 mile one and put a description of it in my diary - it was OK.

I had 2 STS's in a row which annoyed me as I had not done anything any different - that is why I stopped going on the scales.:)
 
I am still having too many unhealthy snacks I think, but I discovered coconut pieces yesterday and they were really tasty, so think I need to use my calories on things like that, then I will get as small as you :) I weighed today and have stayed the same this week, I am not too worried as I have been feeling run down, hope to lose some next week though x

You shouldn't be worried at all! Look how good I was the week to 30th of July - I had an average of about 1000 calories a day and worked out an average of 850 calories a day and lost a pound. Sneak peek on scales shows I've lost 3 pounds since then even though fri, sat, sun I must have STS calorie wise. Sometimes I just think your body does everything when it feels like. All works out in the end but some weeks you just need to wait even if you've been good ;-)

I am enjoying it more if I split them up over the day as my leg struggles otherwise and don't want to do it more damage x

I am so bad at popping on the scales but it genuinely keeps me in track no matter what the number I think it is lower than before so let's have another good day :)

I think exercise takes a while to show on me anyway, tend to get results the week after x

I hope so, I am on this journey for the long run and would fall strait off if I gave up everything so am trying to moderate and have small amounts of naughty things and large volumes of good things :)
 
Yesterdays food diary-

Breakfast 1 litre no added sugar squash and a cup of tea ~ 70 cal

Lunch Ham salad with light salad cream ~ 125 cal

Snack 1/2 carton of convent garden vegetable soup ~ 114 cal

Dinner Mustard and spring onion Inspiration fish with a corn on the cob ~ 330 cal

Snacks Dairylea and GF crispbread, biscuits, eat natural bar ~ 1,021

Total ~ 1,660 calories

I completed the three mile Leslie walk twice burning 546 calories =)

I was so hungry yesterday evening, hoping it is just my body getting used to do doing two work outs a day again as i don't want to keep doing that grrr x

Hey Lady,

I am okay thank you I have cleaned the bedroom and bathroom this morning and put away a load of washing, put another load on and cleaned the kitchen =)

I still need to hoover and do a couple more loads of washing but having a break first, just munching on some dairylea and crispbreads but going to have something more nutritious in a bit, probably a ham salad again =)

How is your day going? x
